This is a beautiful location, high up on the cliffs, (steps down to the beach) stunning view, pretty pool area & especially enjoyed the adult hot tub late in The evening. Only issue we had was the noise from upper room/rooms- heavy foot steps, constantly walking- I complained to the office & they did what they could but really didn’t help & never offered to move us, so we just made it through the 2 nights. Some people are inconsiderate, so if you’re above someone try to remember they’re trying to enjoy a restful visit too. Don’t blame the inn but definitely hampered our stay

Location, views, cleanliness, room size, pool, and beach access were great. However, shower was atrocious!! Shower level would got to a trickle throughout shower! Not sure if just our room or throughout the other hotel rooms!!

Shower was the worst part of the stay!! Understand the need to conserve water. However, while showering water level went to a trickle. This happened throughout shower for us both. Not sure if it was just our room(438). Let front desk, know but stated it may be the demand during hours of check out! This issue makes it really hard to want to stay again!! Also,TV would loose signal periodically.

We had a great view of the ocean & the whole back of the property (pool, spas, etc) on the 4th floor! About 25 feet from our room was a rooftop patio overlooking the ocean & surrounding area. We loved the whole back area where the pool and spas, and little fire pit areas are. Great area to sit and eat the complimentary breakfast in the mornings and watch the waves! Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, pancakes, waffles, bagles, fruit, juice, pasteries, and hot drinks. Room was good size, bed was large & comfortable. Coffee with kcups in the morning. Bath/shower combo. (My husband loves baths!) There is a restaurant that shares the parking lot on the property. They were good and delivered to your room, if you wanted.😊

I think the room size was fine, (& amazing views!) I think my husband would have liked the room a little larger, but he really didn't have much of a complaint.

The location was great. The room was basic and comfortable, and breakfast was nice to have and rely on each day. Onsite restaurant was very good. The hotel had 3 jacuzzi's so we could always find a space in one. :). Lots of chairs to view the ocean from (you're up on a bluff here). Stairs away from the beach-- you could easily walk to the pier along the beach (~1 mile).

Neighbors over us were noisy. Not the fault of the hotel, but it would be nice if everyone took shoes off and walked more carefully when on an upper floor (in general, this is a courtesy to others). Breakfast on the last day was a bust-- the line was moving so slowly compared to the other days. We gave up and went out for a cinnamon roll and breakfast burrito :).

Loved the location/views and the access to the beach.

The hot tub jet were not working and the water wasn't very clean. We only went in because the heated pool was actually pretty cold.

View from the grounds of the resort were exceptional. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. I would suggest paying less for the room (example, book the cheaper rooms) since once you are outside, there are a ton of seating areas where you can enjoy amazing views. No need to pay for the high end rooms since for us, we didn’t sit on our balcony anyway. The views elsewhere at the resort were far better. We saw a ton of whales passing through as we sat outside on the benches on the left of the resort and also from the high chairs at the bar area during breakfast.

Depending on the room booked, it could have been loud with people in front in the yard.

It was a beautiful property with lots of amazing beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The hotel is comfy and cozy. Love the channel options on the tv, me and my man got to watch the Maze Runner Franchise & enjoy the amenities on the property. We also decided to get in some extra sleep on our last day and checked out late … super worth it & LETS NOT FORGET THE ROOM SERVICE FROM BLAST N BREW mhm so spot on.

I love the view our room even had a few. I loved the pool and the Jacuzzi. I love that there was so much greenery. It was a beautiful hotel very comfortable. I loved loved loved the 2 o’clock check out time for the extra $52 plus tax. I loved that you could bring your dog next time she’ll be coming wish it wasn’t as expensive for a dog to come with you, especially if they’re trained.

I absolutely hated the fact that there was not enough parking for the people who are staying there people from the restaurant in front of you. We’re taking all the parking spots I had to park clear on the other side of the parking lot until the morning for as much as we paid we shouldn’t have as much of an issue as we did just to find a parking spot. I literally took the last spot, so I’m sure some families didn’t even get a spot.

Water flow from the bathroom faucet was painfully slow. I know Pismo mandates this, but 1/2 gallon an hour is not enough to clear your drain and ultimately will lead to more problems for you. Our upstairs neighbor was apparently an elephant with insomnia. up all night pacing, I'm guessing, and not trying to be quiet about it. Again, not your fault. I'm always amazed at how inconsiderate some people can be.

Customer service needs attention. Don’t like putting race as an issue here but I never complained until I got an accident inside the shower. Slippery and so I slid and hurt my knee. I asked for help and there was no help when I requested for ice. Then no one followed up. Don’t make us feel small or no longer important after paying for an expensive stay. No one called to ask or offer any help. I checked out and ended up complaining just because the supervisor didn’t show any sympathy. It’s like bye bye we have plenty of customers that can come here and we don’t need you kind of vibes. I live this place but that was a downer.
