Great location near restaurants and easy walk to beach. Bed very comfortable. Room fairly quiet. Several activities included bikes, gym, beach. Pool was nice when it wasn’t a pool party which was 5 days a week but it did mean no kids/babies crying. I also coincided with Spring Break. I stayed 8 days and felt comfortable as a solo traveller.

Room is small not sure how a couple would manage for more than a weekend as no space to hang clothes. Room wasn’t clean on arrival, the bench in the room is grubby needs replacing and floor dusty. The public areas and carpet also a bit shabby, hair everywhere. You can’t open a window in the room either. I did appreciate the seaview in the distance. Monday and Wednesday are really the only days you can relax by the pool if you’re not there to party.

It’s almost impossible to use de pool as we wished. There is always something happening: 1) one day, there was a pool party, and all umbrellas and chairs were reserved. 2) There was a private party another day, and the pool was fully closed. 3) there was another pool party, and the pool was so full of people from outside the hotel that you could not even see the water.

The design and decor was super cute, perfect for a girls getaway.

The front desk/ guest services weren’t very knowledgeable about the area which I found to be strange. We got incorrect information a handful of times during our stay. Additionally, hotel guests were kicked out of the pool area without warning for a private party. I found this to be extremely rude. Section off a portion of the pool for PAYING HOTEL GUESTS.

Cute vibe with decor

The smell coming into the lobby area. Rooms are extremely small. Strange that my husband got called out for having his own beer in a yeti cup at the pool but there was a topless woman laying out by the pool with children swimming near by and that was acceptable.

Good location, modern and clean hotel with everything you need.

The bike rental is not explained very well you have to return it to the same location despite showing other locations on the app.

It’s a beautiful hotel, the decoration is stunnng, and the location is perfect.

The deposit: Be aware that even though all fees and taxes are paid, they ask you at check-in for 100 dollars per night extra. They said they would only block the sum, but it was actually taken from our account. They promise to release it at the moment of check-out, but it took us 18 days and repeated emails and messages to get it back. The hotel also offers very expensive food and drinks - by no means value for money.

Great location, food and service is very good, trendy and different style than other hotels. Rooms come with private beach access and reserved beach chairs. Rooftop pool is a great party!

Rooms are stylish but extremely compact

Close to Miami Beach, had free sun beds on the beach , with beach towels. Gave us a room on arrival which was good as we were there early. Pool party on Saturday afternoon - you get free admission staying at hotel … normally $30 each.

Long walk from lift to allocated room. Can’t sit on a sun bed at pool during pool party unless you agree to pay minimum $150 drinks.

The vibe was great and everyone was really nice. I loved the pool.

I had the chance to use the pool on Thursday, but I wish there were a little bit more sun beds for guests of the hotel ona Friday (at least in the early hours, before people come in for the pool party). We chose the beach instead and got free sunbeds there instead, so it was all good.

Cleanliness, staff support, communication, pool, comfortable beds. I liked how it is mostly adults-only as I was specifically looking for a hotel that was not catered to families and children. It helped create a more calm environment and I would absolutely stay here again as I try to live a childfree lifestyle. The other reviews made it seem like the hotel is only for a 20-something crowd and a party scene but that is not the vibe I got. There is a pool party on the weekends in the afternoons (12pm-5pm), but I usually went out or to the beach and didn't find the crowd or hotel guests disruptive or loud. I usually used the pool in the mornings and then went to the beach in the afternoons as the party was not my scene. Hotel guests have access to lounge chairs on the beach from 9am-5pm.

My initial room was facing the pool/third floor, which is a gorgeous view, but they play music out there from 7am-5pm which woke me up on my second day. The staff immediately accommodated my request to switch rooms within an hour and the rest of my stay was very calm and peaceful. If you're sensitive to noise or want to sleep in, you may want to flag that during your check in. The hotel could do a better job communicating access to amenities before arriving as it was quite confusing figuring out what I did and did not have access to with my booking by parsing through other reviews.
