The shuttle service was amazing and so helpful! We had to be at the airport by 5 am and the shuttle driver was so helpful and dropped us off right at our airline. Very convenient! I would stay again if I had another flight out of orlando.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Friendly staff and quick checkin was a great start. Parking options all around the hotel can get filled up quickly but always found a spot. Room was large and clean and a comfy bed provided a good night's rest. Within minutes of the airport, proved to be a good spot for our return back home with a simple 6mins drive into the departing area of the airport. Plenty of dining options all around the hotel with easy in and out of the major highways around.

Hampton Inns are all equally and consistently the good. What set this one in Orlando by the airport apart was the transportation to and from the airport were very timely and the driver was nice. Hardly any wait time. I addition our niece lost her Id and card in the plane. The hotel and driver took us back to the airport to look and report the missing articles. While we never found the article, we very much appreciated their effort to at least try to locate the lost articles.

If you have an early morning flight it’s conveniently located close to airport. They offer airport shuttles even at 3am for those 6am flights. We didn’t use the shuttle as we had a rental car but they asked us at checkout if we needed one. Every staff member we came in contact with was super nice. The young girl that checked us in was super sweet. If you have an electric car or accidentally rented one like us their sister hotel has two charging stations. There are several restaurants within walking distance which was nice for us since we had to charge the car. Next time I have an early flight I will definitely stay here again.

The location, 5 mins from the airport terminal and the free transfer was great too, they waited for us when we couldn't find them initially. We stayed overnight on arrival to Orlando from the UK, taking the train to Fort Lauderdale for our cruise the next day. The free transfer took us directly to the train station in the morning - another lovely bonus. Breakfast was basic but nice. Would definitely stay there again under similar circumstances.

The continental breakfast was high quality and easily accessible. Nice big space for plenty of people to enjoy at the same time. The staff was friendly and very helpful as I am sure they cater to many out of town vacationers. The airport shuttle was very convenient and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. Have a relationship with a couple of the restaurants very close where you can get discounts with them by showing your room card. Swimming pool and fire pit out back were very clean and appealing.

A few restaurants were within walking distance of the hotel but gas stations and convenience stores were a little further away. Nothing Hampton Inn can control but a slight inconvenience.

The hotel was super clean. The pool area was gorgeous, and the lounge area outside was so comfy around the fire pit. 🔥 We loved everything about this hotel! The price was great! Especially with the nice breakfast and free shuttle to the airport. The girls at the front desk were super nice.We asked for a box fan and extra blankets. They brought us some fast! We needed silverware and plates for leftovers, and they went and got some for us. We needed ice. They got some for us. We didn't realize there was an ice machine on our floor. Felt bad putting the gurl to work after we had seen it later. We probably were a pain in the butt (needy), but they were soo pleasant to us. 😊Plus, they let us check out late cause our flight was at 5 pm. This hotel is definitely worth every penny spent. Book this hotel! Oh, and did I tell u it's pet friendly 😁

Absolutely nothing that I didn't like

This is a great airport hotel only a few minutes from Orlando airport. Reception is efficient and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous. Shuttle service was a real plus. If you need a base before or after a flight before moving on, this should be up there on your choices.

UK travellers with O2 be aware that “auto” selection of your phone may mean your sim is not compatible with AT&T. So I could not ring for the shuttle bus on arrrival and had to take a taxi. Try another provider on manual selection.

Free shuttle was easy to pick up and just booked it to go back to the airport in the morning. Free breakfast fast was lovely and fresh and plenty of choice. Room was lovely and clean and spacious and fitness room all equipped. I couldn't have asked for more.
