I like that they're super responsive to feedback. Very nice people at the concierge. Very clean toilet, big work desk. I got a room in the 2nd floor.

My card was easily demagnetized, which is also a common problem if card was kept next to mobile phone. I had to go to the front desk to fix it.

location was great. rooms need upgrades. the doors and some of the electrical outlets need to be replaced, newer bedding and towels are needed. loved the size of the room and of the beds. my family had plenty of room to move around. All the staff did their best to make us feel comfortable. They were friendly and accommodating.

The facility looks shabby and rundown from the outside. Kitchen was under construction, so no breakfast was provided, Definitely needs a paint job and a power washing of stairs. New garbage cans around the facility will also help

The place is really close to the premium outlets around the area and also those big department stores from just across the street, very good dining places to go to and also convenient stores. The place was neat and comfy, heater and cooler was working smoothly. Felt always safe even late at night

I saw a small roach, not a big deal to be honest, and the water pressure from the shower wasn’t working properly, but not a big deal as u get plenty of good things by staying there.

What I did not like about it I had to leave on Sunday cause Saturday night about 4:30 in the morning somebody tried to come in my room I had to jump out my sleep to look out the window to see who it was did not see nobody all I saw was a car backing out that's why I left early Sunday morning

The location for Universal is fantastic - a brief 20minute walk and you’re straight on City Walk. Rooms are well presented and accessible

Literally the only thing I can think of is the AC was on the louder side - for a Brit not used to AC this was a surprise on. Night 1

The room was reserved for 3. Towels only for two and housekeeping removed towels without replacing. Bathroom was not cleaned, fan extractor did not work, there was no lamp cover and overall apereance is very deteriorated.

I booked 2 rooms. One was in great condition. The other microwave was plugged, but TV was not. The remote was broken. Bathroom was deteriorated, and towels only 2 mixed colors and textures. Housekeeping came every day, but did not sweep the floors or cleaned Bathroom. Literally you can see it. They just made the bed and left new towels.

No breakfast as previously advertised. The lobby was closed to guests. Guests were subjected to this tiny room that served as the "lobby" or "night registration" that couldn't fit more than 2 people. My room had a strange musty type smell almost as if it was wet recently. My door handle was hanging on by what seemed like a thread. We had to life the knob up instead of down to enter our room and the lock mechanism wasn't flush to the door so sometimes it would take a couple tries to get into our room. They do charge a deposit that I wasn't aware of until check-in. It was a busy week and rooms were getting more and more expensive so we simply took what we could but I almost wish we had slept in the car instead.

I love all the attractions around the hotel it was easy to find and a great location to travel from would visit and stay again there.

I truly enjoyed my stay everything was fine. The room nice and clean always had clean linen.

Location is very close to the Universal resort. Have good restaurants around the premises. Staff were nice and helpful for early checkout. Room was spacious and clean with all amenities.

Vending machines were broken
