The front desk person was very kind. He offered us each a bottle of cold water as we had just arrive after 350 miles on motorcycles in 99 degree weather. Our room was clean & cool and the pool was a nice touch after a hot day. It as conveniently located close to the interstate that we were traveling on so that was great.

The breakfast didn't offer any meat (protein) but it was ok otherwise. My husband usually partakes in the breakfasts while I rarely do unless I get some juice or yogurt. It was neat, clean and orderly.

It was located right by the event we were at so it was perfect if you need a hotel for Bloomington's Tailgate N Tallboys 4 next year!!! Has taco bell KFC and Popeyes right across the street.

They had orange juice I have low blood sugar, and we had got there it was right there, obviously breakfast was at 6-9am and it was 250pm we were checking in and I asked nicely I understand it's not for just drinking but the guy was super rude at the front desk about the orange juice, I just ended up getting Reese's out of the venting machine but lucky I didn't pass out from my low blood sugar!

The staff were so amazing, they over compensated for the mix up on our dates. We were there on 19-20th September HOWEVER booking.com had reserved 23rd. When we tried to contact booking.com we had no luck.

The staff was actually really nice. The people cleaning and the front desk were always polite and accommodating. My bed was big and comfortable. Plenty of space there.

Some things were still outdated but you can tell renovations were happening over time.

The hotel was very good for the price. I was surprised because there was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room I was not expecting this.

I was charged $20 for early arrival. When I worked in the hotel business and people arrived early in the afternoon we just checked them in without charging extra for it.

The room was good. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. It is an excellent location to the interstate.

The bathroom was not a walk-in as requested. It was accessible with wall bars, but still a slight issue. Otherwise, it was doable.

Traveling from Wisconsin to Indianapolis so the location was perfect for us.

We are not that demanding and not frequent travelers

Such old and worn rooms ( carpet , doors , windows) and update would really help !! Some dead bugs near the door in the room I was just glad they were dead but it did make us worry there could be more ! Definitely overpriced for the quality of the furniture and rooms

Great stay for one night and close to the freeway. Comfy bed/pillows and had a good breakfast. Price was a bit higher then we had paid at previous locations but worth it when you are tired of driving and need a nice clean friendly place to sleep. Would stay again

The atmosphere was cozy, and breakfast was very nice.

Bloomington water is a hard pass. If we end up there again we will stay at the quality inn but bring our own water for coffee and drinking.
