The Comfort Inn is exceptionally good for a U.S. hotel near a large airport catering to air travellers. They have 4 airport shuttle busses, and although our shuttle took some time to arrive, we were well informed on the phone, and the driver even helped with the heavy luggage. The rooms were spotlesly clean, the bed comforable, and the breakfast buffet was actually quite good. There's even an excellent Mexican restaurant in the same building. There were several airline crews staying in the hotel. All together an acceptable experience for a weary traveller.

I wish there was a better communication about how to get the free shuttle from the airport. We've landed from Europe, and although we had the internet bundle, we couldn't make calls in the US. We were told we had to call the hotel first and they will send the shuttle to collect us. It was a bit stressful, when you land and you try to figure out where to wait for the shuttle, esecially that the airport if very busy. The hotel should at least specify on the website/Boooking at which stop should people wait for the shuttle.

I particularly appreciated that our late arrival (10 pm) at Logan was not going to be a problem. Notified this in advance, called when we had cleared customs and received support. Van arrived about half an hour layer. Traffic was terrible that night, even as we rode to the hotel.

There was a broken clothes-towel hook on the bathroom wall. I noted when we left in the morning so we would not be charged for damage, as I'd been asked to add a surcharge to the prepaid booking. The clerked said that would not be a problem and the surcharge would be removed as I returned the room key for our departure. The repair would NOT have been difficult and should have been executed before we arrived.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Free included breakfast was good and had ample choices. Room was spacious and comfortable. Lounge area has coffee and tea as well as ice water if you need to hang pre/post checkout.

Airport shuttle driver blew past the stop at the airport despite me trying to wave him down-all other hotel drivers stopped, opened the door and looked for riders. This meant I had to wait 40 more minutes for the next one to arrive on the hottest day of the year after getting off a 13 hour flight. When I told the manager, she was empathetic and comped my dinner that evening at the attached restaurant. Very appreciated.

The room was clean and staff were wonderful. The breakfast that was included was a hot breakfast, including eggs, protein and a potato option each day. I wish breakfast went a little later, for those mornings where you want to take it slow, but the option to ask for take out containers was appreciated. The bed was quite firm, but we slept very well. For my spouse who smokes, the smoking spot was close to the exit doors of the lobby on the backside of the property. It was well lit and well maintained.

Having to pay for parking each night - although we learned that everywhere in Boston is paid parking. It would have been nice to have this included in our stay. The other thing that was a bummer was not being able to use my work code for our stay because we booked through a third party site. It would be nice to know that upfront.

He handled a few concerns I had promptly and professionally, displaying patience and tact throughout. His dedication to ensuring my needs were met did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate his effort. I can confidently say that Jason's professionalism and outstanding customer service turned my stay into an unforgettable experience. Jason is a remarkable asset to your team, and I hope he continues to thrive as both a front desk associate and a potential leader within your organization. Four of us were stayed 3 nights in 2 rooms; it was nice to have connecting rooms. The shuttle bus is very convenient, either for going into the city (Blue T line or Silver SL3) or to/from the airport terminals. The staff is friendly and helpful. 24 hour coffee and iced lemon water available in the lobby. We had an evening flight and were able to get a late checkout. Convenient to have the Mexican restaurant in the hotel.

There was very little light in the sofa portion of our suite.

Property itself was very nice. All staff we ran into were very courteous. We enjoyed the Mexican restaurant that is attached. The free hotel shuttle is awesome and one of the main reasons we picked the hotel. Location is close to the airport

The surrounding area isn’t fantastic. One side is a large Amazon facility, the other is a very busy road and the freeway. It is close enough to walk to revere beach which is nice. However you have to cross a very busy street to get there.

The entire hotel is beautiful - very posh. It was close to the airport with a free shuttle that was perfect for what we needed - super punctual, with a friendly and helpful driver. We made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare. I highly recommend this hotel for a business traveler with an early morning flight. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel offers a free breakfast buffet which we weren't able to take advantage of because our flight was so early, but adjacent to the hotel is a wonderful Mexican-themed restaurant where the food (and cocktails!) were delicious. Another plus is that you can take the food and drinks back to your room as the hotel is literally right next door.

OMG the room was sooooo cold!!! Mind you, we were in the middle of a heat wave, so the AC was jacked up to the max, but there was no way (that I could tell) to adjust the temperature, and when I had to get up in the middle of the night, it was painfully cold. I literally could not stop shaking. I'm sure if I had called the front desk, they might have been able to send someone up, but at 3:00 in the morning, I didn't feel right doing that. A heads up at check in as to how to adjust the air conditioning would have made this room perfect.
