The rooms were very clean, the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, the kids loved the pool and the adults loved soaking in the hot tub after a day on the slopes (and we loved that they were open til 11pm too!), we were very close to several ski resorts and only about 25 min to Boyne Mountain to ski and see the SkyBridge, there was a small fitness center open 24 hours, and the free breakfast was better than expected with eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurt, and more. Since there were 2 families in our group, we loved hanging out in the lobby on the couches in front of the fireplace and big screen TV. All in all we loved our stay!

Nothing really

We extended our stay and stayed in Gaylord for 8 days as we loved hotel and our room so much. Cozy and warm. Staff were approachable and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of option and was different each day. Pool area was clean. Our King room was amazing. Comfortable beds and linen , jacuzzi tub. Everything for a perfect get away. You could tell from the parking lot that the hotel was full with guests however the layout and the great staff made it so there were not big line up and it didn’t feel super busy.

We loved the beds sheets pillows super comfortable. The room was wonderfully clean and had everything we needed. Staff were top notch. Smiling while working. Approachable and knowledgeable about what to do in Gaylord and surrounding areas for fun shopping and dining. We stayed 9 days and it felt like a beautiful chalet. Warm and cozy

Very comfortable beds. I also appreciated the extra vanity and sink outside the bathroom. And the full length mirror was a very nice perk too. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Everything was very clean, including the breakfast room. We enjoyed a fulfilling breakfast each morning during our stay.

There was a little mix up in the billing since I made reservations for both of my brothers as well. But, I was able to straighten it out with one phone call.

The location is perfect, the pool & hot tub area is very nice! It’s great that they still have a hot tub, because so many hotels are getting rid of hot tubs! Breakfast was very good, and not only our room, but the whole establishment is very clean and welcoming.

They could use more parking spots. Otherwise, there was nothing to dislike.

Beds were comfortable, lobby was nice and staff helpful/ friendly. We did not use the pool but it looked very nice and wish we had time for that.

Sausage not fully cooked, would have likes a few more options. Was crowded at times. Parking with all the snowmobiles trailers made parking our car difficult.

Clean, large room. Breakfast was good. Plenty of food and the workers did an outstanding job of stocking and cleaning up as guests left.

Bed a bit uncomfortable. Small dining area for breakfast. Very busy on Saturday night, which comes with lots of noise; pretty much what you expect from a budget hotel.

Breakfast was really well done here. The staff in the breakfast area were so efficient and friendly. The area was small though and the added seating was a bit far from the actual service room. Beds were comfortable in the room. Nice to have fridge and microwave. Location was perfect. Near to all we needed to get to.

Pool a bit small. Our room was facing the back parking lot and we would hear people revving their snow machines. Heat was difficult to regulate in the rooms. Maybe a bit pricey stay. Hotel is a bit outdated.

It was a very nice hotel.. It was clean and everything we could hope for except the room was not as picture on the net. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and accommadating.

The room set up. My wife is disabled and we picked a room that had a small sofa so she could sit comfortably but I must say they did try to fix it by bring in an easy chair from the lobby for her! It fit the bill and good enough for our time we were able to spend there.It was

We ended up staying 3 nights because of the weather. All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable. When we were finally able to head for home our vehicle was stuck in the parking space. 3 staff and another gentleman helped push me out.
