I love this place, great hotel, nice atmosphere. Always clean, cozy, calm. Very nice administrative staff, as well as very good service. Special thanks to the administrators Sharon and Jeannette! The Hotel is clean, the Staff is AMAZING, the pool is good the vibe from the pool is all you relax and enjoy, the only thing are the restaurants I expect the food much better but it wasn't, the best part was the staff kind and open to listen your concerns. We are a family of 3 with an active 5 years old wich love it all about the Hotel, just need to be aware if is an event on the Roof pool they closed access at 4pm...We will definitely come back again before winter hits !

The food on both restaurants wasn't the best, maybe because was a busy weekend.

Derek the manager is incredible….he is the only reason I would return to this hotel. The restaurant at and bar were good,accommodating and convenient. The view was great!

The resort fee charged automatically for beach and pool access. Having to pay to park on the hotel premises with limited access via the valet service company. If there is an event, it is nearly impossible to find parking near the hotel. Room key did not work at 3 times during a 5 day stay. Maintenance response was poor to change the battery in door lock. The billing office never calls back or replies to emails to resolve issues. The hotel elevator has no alarm and did not work: got stuck in elevator: very unsafe. When brought to the attention of the desk clerk, was told that he was aware but did not know when it would be fixed.

Needed a hotel prior to flight back from JFK. Originally thought of Central New York but this hotel was just perfect! It's the right side for JFK, it's right on the beachfront, it's comfortable, views are spectacular and the staff wonderful. 2 different receptionists (sorry didnt get their names) - friendly and efficient. Restaurant colleague Anny - LOVELY, and Lois - so friendly and willing to try to speak UK english! Great fun Bartender Christian - good service and purveyor of good conversation and local information

Wish we had had a longer stay!

My recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The front desk staff exhibited a high level of professionalism throughout my visit. Jeanette and Derrick deserve special recognition for their outstanding customer service and willingness to assist. Moreover, the hotel itself is a beautiful and well-maintained establishment. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant experience.

Parking can be a challenge n Valet fees are high

This is a beautiful hotel, I’m all about beachfront hotels! The food was exquisite, and to include beach towels,chairs and passes with your stay made it worth staying here.Staff is soo friendly too!

There really isn’t anything negative that I can say about my stay,parking was a mess and elevator wait was excessively long but they hotel can’t control these things. I had a great time unfortunately I had to leave a day earlier me wish I could’ve stayed longer.

We like everything about the hotel. The location was right on the boardwalk. The food at the hotel was good, but if u wanted food outside, there was a whole strip with options. It was nice and peaceful too and the staff was excellent.

The only thing I could think of is that most food places closed at 9pm or 10pm, so u had to make sure you got something to eat beforehand, but the little shop in the lobby of the hotel does have some food options and a microwave just incase.

Staff was good but Derek was amazing and provided excellent customer service. He helped us work through problems we had with the room and showed us nothing but respect and professionalism. This is why we rebooked this hotel for September.

Sometimes parking was a problem. They should offer guests free parking in the garage under hotel instead of charging us. We pay good money to stay here : this should be a perk. Also, not everyone goes to the beach or pool there should not be a mandatory change for something we don’t use or want.

I liked that there was storage available for our luggages while waiting for our flight schedule. Our family loved that the lobby was open for us to stay as long as we needed while waiting for our flight. It was a huge help for customers like us who needed a place to stay while flight is scheduled at nighttime and we have checked out already! One thing we loved is the fragrance that we smell in the lobby. It was very soothing and relaxing smell

no Included breakfast. We asked for additional pillows and was given but no pillowcases

Location was super premium right on the beachside boardwalk. Rooftop pool was a great alternative to the beach with super views. Facility was super nice and modern, spacious n comfortable room.

Pool had no towels until noon on a Wednesday. Valet parking was the only viable option due to lack of open parking nearby. No great meal/drink options within walking distance except the ones at the hotel.
