The room was more of a suite than just a room. the first section was a living room. the third section was the bedroom. both of these had there own separate TV. The couch in the first section was a pull out bed. The middle section was a kitchen area with a good size smaller refrigerator, microwave and coffee set-up all on a long counter top plus kitchen cabinet and drawers and a KITCHEN SIZE GARBAGE CAN, not the tiny one in most hotel rooms. The standard bathroom was opposite this. We got complimentary bottled water when we arrived and the included breakfast was in a separate area downstairs. Real flatware and plates, Tables with tablecloths. Sausage links, bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes. 3 kinds of juice with your choice of using a real or plastic glass. Real cups with handles for the coffee and tea. also standard pastries, bread, fruit and cereals. The attendant also picks up your dishes form the table, no need to find a garbage can or clear your own table. There is also a restaurant connected to hotel and a bar, we choose not to use these as we only stayed one night.

A printed TV channel guide would have been nice

A little on the aged side but very clean and comfortable. The room I had had a separate “living room” (?), fridge, microwave, and sink - I didn’t need any of that since I only stayed one night. However, for someone looking at a longer stay it would be perfect. My only real complaint was the lack of light in the bedroom. There were two bedside lamps but they were turned on/off by touch and never to the level of brightness that would allow one to read. Kind of odd. Over-all it gets my recommendation (just take a headlamp with you if you plan on reading in bed).

The breakfast was excellent. There was a good selection of hot items like bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, etc. There was also a good selection of fruit and muffins. The hotel is clean and well maintained.

The complimentary WIFI was not working. I can understand that happening, but it seems like if that happens, the property should discount the room rate by ten dollars or so. These days everyone expects and depends on wifi availability at places where they stay. Aside from that, this was a pleasant stay.

THe room and bath was clean and the staff was professional and friendly.

I didn't feel the breakfast was that good and enough to choose from. Having waffle iron would be nice to have and more choices of danishes and have white and chocolate milk available.

The staff we encountered were always friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was hot and fresh, gentleman working Sunday morning was excellent, polite and very accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

Did not have prior notice of the Skye Bistro located at this site and on web description were not open and there was a very flimsy excuse for no knowledge of why

The staff were wonderful, especially the young lady at the front desk who checked us in/ out. My flight arrived much earlier than expected, and I was able to get into our room early. I was exhausted, so this was a great advantage. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. The room we chose had a large sofa where we enjoyed some food (we ordered out/ picked up) and watched college football on the sofa... until we napped. The housekeeping staff were great. They didn't disturb us from sleeping in and got the room straightened up while we were visiting my boyfriend's grandfather. All in all it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

This is no fault of the hotel, but my lack of understanding of the area, the location was just a little further from things we needed than I had planned. BUT there is a Cleveland pizza co within walking distance, and that was a huge plus.

The breakfast was fantastic. Nice variety of food and drinks to choose from. The hours that breakfast was available was very accommodating to our schedule. The location on the lower lever was convenient. The area was a nice size, able to accommodate a decent number of people comfortably. The breakfast area was very clean and nicely decorated.

My husband found the bed too firm and, therefore, uncomfortable.

Very well maintained inside, lovely outside, rooms were spacious, the suite was laid out nicely with the desk in the “living room” and separate from the main bedroom. This allowed me to work late without disturbing my husband.

My only complaint is that the bed was not very comfortable, but I imagine that is why it was cheaper.

The restaurant was amazing. The waitress was so funny (she was tiny, had tattoos, and said she had bartended at some dive bars before). She was absolutely great and paid attention to what we said. The room was beautiful.

The beds were not very comfortable. They were too hard. That was my only real complaint. Everything else was absolutely wonderful from check-in to check out.

The lobby and throughout the hotel were inviting, charming, and tastefully decorated. It brought us back in time. Breakfast was good; We could only utilize the breakfast area once during our stay. It was also welcoming. We loved the coffee set-up in the lobby area. Room service was great.
