Breakfast was good. Location was right near a main street where everything was located. Staff was nice but the front desk staff member I think his name was Daquan was literally amazing. We had some issues with the gas grill and he came out to help and when he didn't know what to do he looked into it so that he could help us. I know we kept bugging him lol but he kept helping with a smile on his face. I know he had to be hot everytime he came outside for us because he was in a long sleeve sweater and it was burning up out there! I give him a 10 out of 10 all by hisself !

The back of the bathroom door and some of the wall had some yellow spots on it. Kinda looked like old dried up pee.

The breakfast options were plentiful with sausage, scrambled eggs, fruit, and waffles. The breakfast attendant was so helpful and ready to help with anything we needed. The fitness room was fully functioning with multiple treadmills and a great set of free weights. Laundry machines worked great and didn't cost extra. The beds were so comfortable that i felt like i was sleeping on clouds.The front desk staff and manager were so kind and phenomenal at handling an issue with finding my reservation. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends!

Nothing bad to say. My family loved it here!

The room was great, very spacious and exactly what we needed for a family of 4. Loved having 2 bathrooms and separate bedrooms. The kitchen and living area were a great addition. I wished we were staying longer because it felt more like an apartment. Staff were very friendly on both check in and check out. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Loved the convenience of the little store open all night. I wish more hotels were like this one!

The only thing was minor - not having a USB/USC plug but not a huge deal.

Some of the food tastes not so good in the morning or the breakfast. It was wonderful to have the yogurt and fruit, but I watched them dumping the fruit from the container and it had pieces of stuff in it so it didn’t look like it was washed, which is dangerous.

Cleanliness, location, breakfast bar absolutely awesome and the Front Desk clerks quite friendly.

In the suite we couldn’t open the drawer for silverware but due to mate being a construction contractor he kept working at it and for it open. He left the draw open so housekeeping could recognize the problem.

This Staybridge Suites Hotel served a fairly standard breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, dry cereals, and waffles, along with the typical accoutrements. We liked it and the attendant(s) scurried to assure that everything was available throughout the breakfast period. The bed was comfortable and the room was mostly quiet.

The clock in our room did not work properly. One of our two keys did not work. Just little things. Also, it is located in an area where there are no restaurants nearby.

The Queen's Suite was absolutely adorable. It really made me feel royal. It had kitchenette with everything to use to cook. The bathroom was just as spacious. Everything was set up perfectly and we truly enjoyed our stay. I will definitely go back to a Staybridge.

Our room had a kitchenette, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was quite comfortable, clean, and quiet, despite being on the first floor and next to the front desk. And the provided breakfast was better than expected.

I stayed here during my time of grief in November 2022 the price was different and then again the stay was due to lying my dad to rest. I paid the current price for the customer service experience and peaceful rest for my family.
