The rooms were very clean. The pool was open. Breakfast was very good.

The dining room is too small to accommodate how busy it was. There were people just sitting at the tables talking who were done eating and would not get up for the people needing to sit. I checked out 2 hours after having to carry breakfast back to my room and the same people were still sitting in the dining room talking taking up 3 tables. I think if the room continues to be that small then there should be a time limit for talking without eating.

Check in was pleasant, we asked for early arrival and it was granted. Kaylin was very polite and efficient. We were by the elevator but it wasn’t noisy at all. Large long room, could see my car from the window and everything worked perfectly. We are hotel people, my husband is in the business and we were very satisfied.

As soon as we walked in the door we were relieved after booking the weekend at a resort that was dated dirty and disgusting we found this one they understood our dilemma I can’t remember there name but I believe one starts with a K and the other E we where there at 11:30 am on 7/26/25 the check in was quick the room was fresh clean all the amenities we needed and will come again and again

Everything was fantastic minus one problem. I guess there’s a swimming program and my daughter was using the goggles and the associate said we weren’t allowed to use them which I completely understand but nobody else was really using it so I didn’t understand why she couldn’t simply borrow it. But all in all I understood why I just was a little bothered and my daughter was upset

it was very clean, and breakfast was really nice and had plenty for all. the staff was so very nice to us and text us to see if we needed anything at all, it was located right where everything was and in a great area. wish there were more dinning places available, but it was fine for fast food. we managed just fine. i was having surgery at a local hospital which is reason for your stay so i wanted a clean and healthily place to come back to after surgery before we headed back home.

as i said i wish there were more eating options available around the area other than fast food.

Decor, cleanliness, breakfast was great..good selection of food. The front desk service and food attendants were very friendly and accommodating. Excellent choice in Shampoo, and soap products.

Bedding wasn’t clean. I pulled back the covers, and discovered food crumbs and hair in the bed. Toilets seats were a little low to the floor, but workable …not certain if that’s for special needs.

Clean facilities including room, hallways, exercise room, pool and breakfast area. Friendly staff, especially Scott and the lady in charge of the weekday breakfasts. . . I can't believe I didn't get her name! Breakfast was AMAZING for such as this. The eggs were even delicious! Full breakfast, and whatever you could possibly want. Including, delicious coffee and spa water! Coffee and tea served all day! Amenities in the rooms were perfect, hair dryer and iron. Located conveniently off major highways.

The whirlpool was amazing with strong jets! The breakfast was delicious with various choices such as scrambled eggs, cheese egg omelets, oatmeal, boxed cereal, toast, bagels, English muffins, sausage patties, and baked potatoes. They also had a waffle press machine where you could make your own waffles with a choice of toppings like nuts, chocolate syrup and maple syrup, plus coffee and juices !!!
