Loved that the room had a sofa bed and small kitchen. Also liked that it was a private entrance into the room. The breakfast was good, and Kenny at the front desk was absolutely sensational! He was friendly, extremely helpful, and wonderfully upbeat. He made our stay even more pleasant.

The room was a little musty, and one of the closet doors was falling off its tracks. The ice maker in the fridge was not working. The room could have been a little cleaner, but overall, it was fine for our stay.

Close the the graduation site. It was quiet. Breakfast was provided. The room was spacious

The bed was really hard causing back pain. Maybe put a topper on the mattress. Also have housekeeping change the trash and bring clean towels or provide the stuff in the room if I am responsible for changing it. The toilet seat is really low for senior citizens

We loved the spaciousness of the room, and that you include dishes/silverware (and from what i saw even cookware). The fireplace was a nice bonus (although we couldn't get it to work)

We had to ask maintenance to clear the bathroom sink drain as it was incredibly slow. We could not get the fireplace to light, but honestly we weren't actually awake long enough to enjoy it so it wasn't a huge disappointment

The hotel overall was pretty good. I liked the fact housekeeping asked what we needed and was willing to provide any housekeeping services. Overall the hotel was clean just the stovetop could have been wiped down and fixtures dusted. Also, the towel rack was coming out of the wall a bit. But all minor for the beautiful room. We had a suite. The Penthouse Suite had stairs to it with a bedroom and bathroom up there. For the most part, hotel is quiet. Didn't experience the breakfast.

We had people standing outside of our window that was talking for hours using vulgar language, etc. I couldn't take it anymore as we were there for vacation and rest. I called the front desk and eventually they were gone. I honestly was going to go out there myself but wanted to handle things the right way. I thought it was rude of others to do that. The rooms are not close together like other hotels so they should have been in or around their own room.

Good location and value. We selected this location because the size of the room is larger than most and very accommodating for three adults. The room was clean, fairly modern, and well kept.

Unfortunately there was one staff member who was not pleasant. His attitude and customer service was not acceptable. All other staff were nice. Our shower curtain would not close fully and the bath area set up does not allow for privacy while using the sink and vanity area. There was a very large group with children. Well after 10pm the children were running through the complex and it was very easy to hear them.

There was ample food. The variety of foods was excellent. The staff checked and replenished foods consistently. There was an overflow room in case the hotel was filled. Coffee was available all day long

If I had to say something, I couldn't get the salt to come out of the salt shaker. This site had everything I needed for our short stay. There really is nothing I did not like.

Very spacious room, we loved the 2 floors apartment with 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen, it was very convenient with the kids. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 15 min drive to Hershey's factory.

Breakfast was a bit crowded, we had to wait a few minutes for a table. Other than that everything was great.

The room was the perfect size for the two of us. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plenty, and tasteful

The dust on the pictures above the bed and the tops of the lamps was thick. I took care of that for you. Our other room was the same way. The horrible annoying noise in the walls when other guests used water was awful. Had to talk louder and turn up the tv... Woke us up as well. Wasn't an issue in our other room. Stomping and noise from the people above (not the hotels fault)

The breakfast, the staff was always very friendly.

Pillows were horrible. They could invest in better pillows. Even a Walmart pillow would have been better than the "down feather" one they have. Needed 3 to be properly supported. If anything bring your own. Other than that you'll really enjoy your stay here.

Bedroom and bed very comfortable. Loved the fireplace and having a separate bedroom. Having a dishwasher was a plus

Kitchen needed to be cleaner. Kitchen contents quite minimal. Bathroom definitely needs updating. Other than bedroom, cleanliness an issue. Recommend having hooks at front to hang coats.
