The property is a modern designe in a perfect central location, so you can easily explore everything on foot. The car park is very close to the hotel. we didn’t have to pay since it was the weekend. From Monday at 9am, parking charges started at €15 for the full day. Our room was very comfortable, and the highlight was definitely the receptionist—she was super friendly and helpful. She recommended a fantastic restaurant for dinner, and I’d suggest asking the staff to help with reservations. We tried booking online and by phone with no luck, but when she called (thanks to her local connections), she managed to get us a table. That really made our evening special!

The spa was relatively small but adequate. However, it lacked a dry sauna, and the steam room’s ceiling paper appeared worn and in need of replacement.

We had problems with the room that weren't fixed. The shower didn't drain and flooded the bathroom. We reported it but nobody came so we ended up unblocking it ourselves. Then the light in the toilet stopped working. Again nobody came. When reported again I was told there is no maintenance at weekends so would have to wait until Monday!! Had to use the toilet with the door open and switch on the main lights when getting up in the night. They offered one breakfast in compensation but not really the point. As a hotel they need to be able to fix problems 7 days a week.

Stylish hotel right between the station and Rennes centre ville. The staff is welcoming and the lobby very tastefully furnished and decorated. My room was on the 7th floor and featured sunsets and a view over Rennes. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was well designed and fully functional. The hotel Spa was advertised but I did not have time to use it, unfortunately. The hotel offers a nice breakfast - the cheese selection is impressive and there's a good choice of breads. The value for money ratio is just right. If coming back to Rennes, I would definitely book Le Saint Antoine again.

Great location, lovely room and beautiful little swim pool (with pool trainer!)

My car was taken in a lift to an underground garage which they were refusing to operate in the early morning so I could get to the port for my ferry. I had to threaten to pack up and leave the hotel the night before in order for the staff to think of a viable plan (which ultimately was easy). Also, the gym was the hottest one I had ever been it. It was not designed for actual training and there was no AC.

Modern hotel, well sited between the rail station and the city main attractions. Nice room, good bed, very clean.

It is very difficult to unload the baggage from a car, the is not a place front the hotel for that, and the road is buzzy (the road was recently refurbished and it would not be difficult to provide it). I had to quickly unload the baggage, leaving it with my wife to return the car to the car rental, but the hotel reception did not allowed my wife to make the check-in, besides I had quickly informed them. There is something wrong at the reception procedures.

Great location, very comfortable and charming g staff

Disappointing that the hamam wasn’t working for two out of three days we were staying. It advertises as a spa hotel, so surprised no explanation was to given as to why it wasn’t working or when it would be fixed.

Our room was very neat, nicely furnished with a small glass walled bathroom which was functional, had all the amenities and lots of hot water. The two gentlemen manning the front desk were friendly, super efficient and helpful. The hotel has very secure private parking on a lift system which is always useful in a city.

Our room, although soundproofed was right outside the double lifts : it always appears to me that Booking customers get the less favourable rooms - because the soundproofing was sufficient this wasn't a problem in this hotel but it often is. Considering the number of guests who either use Booking as a service or reference guide hotels like Best Western (BW) might consider this.

Nice room and spa the staff was very helpful and kind. located a short walk from the city center. I found everything I needed within walking distance. lots of good cafes and restaurants close by.

the free wifi does not work in the reception. Maybe not an issue for most, but when needed for work while meeting with colleagues it was not ideal. The fitness is tiny. Contains a bike, treadmill, row machine and a multi-machine for weighted exercises. It would have been nice with more space and free weights.

Very well refurbished, very clean

There is a Engineering issue: upon opening the shower door it is impossible to place a bath mat close enough to the shower door when opened, therefore when stepping out of the shower, you may only have the possibility of stepping first on the floor snd then on the mat.

Located perfectly, solid value, lovely staff. Not a negative, but if you choose to park a car at the hotel lot, make sure it’s compact and you know where is begins and ends on all sides. Parking involves a car elevator, a turnabout platform and parking spots with the tightness of downtown San Francisco.

The steam room in the spa didn’t work, so the spa was basically a small jacuzzi and a pool. Lovely for free, as it comes with (some of the?) rooms, but don’t pay for it.
