Helpful welcoming staff. Very clean. Spacious room. Comfortable bed.

One side of the double bed was against the wall which made it difficult to get out of without disturbing my spouse.

The room was so spacious and had everything you needed. It felt like everything had its home, this made the room extremely clean and organized which made it feel calm. It is super well located and close to great coffee shops like ZerotoOne, Nagare Coffee, and our favorite vegan baker Okja. Also really great shops close by north of Spitafileds market!

this might be our fault but the room we booked was the hideaway studio which in the pictures, has a basement window which we were happy with, but in reality, the room has no window, we thought this was misleading

This was one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had!! The room was exceptionally clean and a comfortable size for a couple. It was great having a small kitchen area to statore food, drinks etc. The bed was super comfy too! The bar and restaurant were so convenient, especially after a long day of travel. Our first night we stayed in and had drinks and small snacks in the bar. They also have a shop with food and drinks you can take up to your room. The location was great too and it was easy to get to Heathrow from here. I can’t recommend Wilde at Liverpool Street enough. You’ll be glad you stayed here’s Oh, and the staff were fantastic!

We loved everything about it!!

It’s clean, functional and modern. I booked a room with balcony for fresh air, it’s smallish but worked well. Smart tv refresh user id which is great in case I go got to log out. Location wise is accessible - easy 5min walk to Liverpool street station and 8min to spitalfield market There are cafes around which I can grab breakfast from. The in-house workshop coffee is good.

Clean fresh room with good sized bathroom. Well equipped. Very friendly helpful staff at reception and Daniel who also served us behind the bar. Everything felt good - we enjoyed staying there. Location also very good.

I was asked to pay on arrival and had no problem with that.When I checked out I was asked if I had paid and confirmed that I had. Despite this they tried to take payment on 3 occasions same day again. I emailed them and it was sorted eventually.

Everything was wonderful. The location is great. Just outside of the hustle and bustle of the main street but close to a lot of restaurants, bars, Spitalfieldsmarket, shops, a lot of reformer pilates places and close to public transport. No noise pollution from outside. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If there were any issues, they would fix it immediately. Our room was spacious and clean. Everything we needed was available like a blow dryer, fridge, coffee and tea and an iron including ironing board. AC worked well. Would definitely consider staying there again the next time.

Probably one of the best places to stay in the City. Yes, it’s not cheap, but prices in this part of London are always higher. If location is your top priority, this hotel is the best choice — speaking from my last five years of experience. The hotel is new, with stylish and cozy interiors in both the common areas and rooms. The bed is comfortable but has its own specifics: extra built-in drawers and niches add functionality, though those who prefer a classic bed with a canopy or open space underneath might find it unusual. Bed linen is of good quality and pleasant to use. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable, though with a shower only and no bathtub. Air conditioning and ventilation work perfectly and quietly — no extra adjustments needed. Lighting is well thought out, with different modes and blackout curtains with an electric drive, which is very convenient. The location is excellent: right in the center, but just a couple of minutes away from the busy streets, so the rooms are quiet. The view from the window is pleasant — you don’t feel like you’re “in a well.” Access is modern and secure, with key-card elevators and automatic doors at the entrance. Breakfast is another highlight: delicious and filling, highly recommended. Staff are polite, friendly, and always ready to help. It’s worth noting that this is an aparthotel: the room comes with a kitchenette (sink, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge). You can easily cook or reheat food if you wish. Cleaning is not daily but on request, which might be unexpected for some guests. Overall impression: excellent.

In every way a positive. we loved our stay here. Reception staff brilliant and welcoming, young spirit to everything. Lovely spacy room with a kitchenette with everything we needed, all new and inviting. Air condition worked, big towels in bathroom, hairdryer and very quiet. central location 5 min. from Liverpool Train Station. Close to every shop we could dream of.

Everything was fine. We would like to be able to open the windows - a bit nanny state when hotels does not offer fresh air anymore due to safety regulations.
