The location was good, and the staff were ok. We had stayed twice on this trip - on our first day in Switzerland and our last day in Switzerland. The location was good, about 5 minutes drive from the airport. The breakfast was really good, with a good level of variety. The rooms are spacious for Zurich and the beds are pretty comfortable. There is a Migros across the road in case you needed some groceries, or other items.

The staff could have been better. They are not overly friendly (particularly reception), and the first night there, they did not initially give us a family room (despite having booked one about 6 months in advance). They even stated we did not book a family room! However, after a bit of discussion, they were able to provide us with the family room. The dinner service was really slow. Overall there seems to be some disorganisation at the hotel.

Amazing Stay – Exceptional Service from Gragon and Kalli! I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. Gragon and Kalli went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and friendly attitudes made me feel right at home. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were everything I could’ve hoped for. Whether it was a question I had or a request I made, Gragon and Kalli handled everything quickly and with a smile. I can't thank them enough for making my stay so memorable. Highly recommend this hotel—especially if you’re lucky enough to be taken care of by Gragon and Kalli!

Easy access to airport with a shuttle that runs about every 20 minutes. Close to train station to take the trains into the city center or anywhere else you want to go.

Bathroom has slightly frosted glass where the shower is, with just a sheer curtain to cover it…so for a 2 bed room, this makes things pretty awkward. Doesn’t really hide when someone is in the shower or sitting on the toilet. Pretty awkward design choice, and not having the dark thick room curtains over the glass is another awkward decision (we swapped them during our stay since they are just on hooks).

I stayed at a hotel for 4 nights and 5 days. The hotel's location was good, and the breakfast was excellent. However, the receptionist was not welcoming. When we checked in, he only checked my passport and handed me the hotel key card without providing any additional information. I had to ask him about everything, even the location of the breakfast area. It was only then that he checked if breakfast was included in our stay. On the third day of our stay, we visited the Rhine Falls in the morning. When we returned, our room had not been tidied up, and the towels had not been changed. I requested housekeeping services from the receptionist, but when I called to follow up, I was told that their priority was cleaning rooms for departing guests. Later, housekeeping did visit my room, but only to change the towels while I was waiting downstairs. Zurich I hope that in the future, the hotel will treat all guests equally, regardless of their stay duration or departure status.

What’s not to like? The hotel just like Zürich itself and Swiss watches is first class. The staff are very professional yet approachable. The hotel has a lovely chilled European vibe where leisure travellers travel groups and business people will all feel comfortable and welcome. The location is ideal for the airport (if you feel energetic you can walk on the cycle path to the airport). There is a hotel shuttle which is free from airport to hotel and the fee for the hotel to airport is reasonable . The bus and train station are very close by and the train to Zürich takes 15 minutes. The hotel has a small food menu I didn’t try anything on it but the food and drink prices were reasonable for Zürich. Breakfast choices were good and items were replenished regularly. The hotel is spotless just like all of Zürich. Comfortable bed and powerful shower. The re is walking/cycle path at the back of the hotel and makes s for a nice option if you’ve had enough of the city centre.

Convenience of the location close to the airport. Connected well through public transport. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They let us check in earlier than usual at our request. They provided us with additional items upon request, which was kind and considerate. Beds are quite comfortable. Rooms are spacious and clean. I would rate this a business accommodation. Cloakroom is quite roomy and has a weighing scale. 5 min walk from the bus stop which runs shuttles every 30 min. 10 min ride to the airport. Can't complain.

Lifts are a bit complicated but no biggie.

The self check in option was available in addition to the possibility of having the friendly staff check you in. Clean and efficient. The transfer option from the airport to hotel was excellent and provided for free. Train station is at a walkable distance.

More complimentary drinking water could be provided for free in the room on a daily basis (1.5L per adult who is staying in the room), which would be nice as it really does not cost that much. Would be nice if the shuttle service back to the airport would be made complimentary too.

A clean, larger room, near the airport with a shuttle service. The staff was helpful and attentive. Across from a convenience store and an Aldi.

Not forewarned about the construction on the street that blocked off the pedestrian crosswalk. We didn't plan on having to walk very far from the train station with our luggage. At 7:10 a.m., the breakfast buffet was already emptied by the tour groups, and the queue was very long. No juice, no coffee, no meats, no cheese, very little was left to eat or drink. The vending machines are overpriced.

Beautiful, new, and modern hotel close to Zurich to visit/ work in the city or to catch a flight at the nearby airport. Excellent comfort and cleanliness; everything is well-designed and works perfectly. Very well soundproofed; you won't hear flights, traffic, or your neighbor at all. It's located in an industrial area, served by a big Migros grocery store and Fleischli Bakery, which is a big plus! Very convenient the train connection to Zurich center too. I absolutely loved it! I know how crazily expensive a hotel with a similar design can be in the center of Zurich, and this was a perfect solution for me. I would recommend it to anyone who loves being in a modern, clean environment and who doesn't mind not being in the city center.

The temperature regulation system in the room was hard to understand and set up correctly; it was rather cold throughout the day/ afternoon and too hot during the night. Maybe a brief instruction would help.

Close to the airport, no problem storing luggage when the room wasn't ready. Easy to find the shuttle at the airport and easy to book the shuttle back, it was on time. Staff was helpful with a minor issue that resulted in changing rooms. Didn't get the breakfast but I was welcome to help me to some coffee.

There was a Nespresso machine in the room but the two pods I got tasted like old off-brand coffee (unmarked). There wasn't an outlet where the coffee machine was located and I had to move it to an awkward place to power it on. The kettle also had a round plug that didn't fit the outlet.
