Great room, really comfy bed, really nice bathroom. Nice hotel restaurant with diverse menu. Cool that they everyday between 15-16 have a cake and chocolate fountain buffet (free). They have shuttlebus to and from Emporium/ Phrom phong bts

No hot water in the bathroom, in this level of hotel that should be a given. We did not complain about it, they might have fixed it if we did. Daily room cleaning was very late, often after 15:00, to late in my opinion. Pool area is not impressive. We tried to get a cocktail at the cocktailbar, we had a bad experience with the staff. They spend a lot of time checking keycard and my name, at last we were able to order, wee wanted to share a menu, which they suggested us to do the day before, this was for some reason no longer possible for us to share. We ended up leaving and went across the street to a other hotel bar. (I will just mention that the bar in hotel Valia had no customers, and scared us off, bad business strategy).

The amenities . Complimentary breakfast and afternoon chocolate buffet. Free shuttle to the mall where there’s plenty of places to eat . Our room is super spacious .

Maybe the location but as a matter fact there was a car which takes you for free every 15-25 min to the train station or the mall which for me is an advantage

The hotel provides a shuttle service to the nearest subway station and shopping mall, which is commendable, but sometimes the time is not accurate and sometimes the waiting time is long. However, the hotel's reception and service staff are very dedicated and the experience is very good. The breakfast is also rich, and chocolate and other desserts are provided in the afternoon. It is a very good stay experience.

We live in a building opposite the main hotel, which only has guest rooms, no restaurant or gym, which is a little inconvenient. In addition, I always feel that the smell in the corridor is a bit strange and unpleasant, and I feel that the ventilation of the corridor needs to be improved.

The rooms are stylish, and spacious and having a connected room with the kids was great, they had their own space to spread out. The restaurant downstairs is beautiful with a great buffet breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea, food was amazing. Staff at the hotel are very kind and helpful. There is a nice view from the pool area and the gym is well catered for exercise enthusiasts. The location seemed about 20-30 minutes taxi ride from main attractions like the weekend market, the Asiatique riverside and IconSiam mall.

There wasn't much to dislike, our stay was short.

Deposit requirement for mini bar

The staff of hotel was so impressed, friendly, and so cooperative, specially Mudhi she is speak Arabic and very cooperative, she gave me late chick-out Service provided very quickly, there are free chocolate mini-bar, moreover the food in the restaurant is Halal cooked by a Lebanon’s chief. Also you may use a Tuktuk vehicle with a free ride from/to emperor mall.

Everything about this hotel is perfect for us! The service is excellent! The upgrade option offered to us was very reasonable as we arrived early in the morning, they didn't have the original room that we booked ready that day. The decor of the hotel is so pretty. The room is big enough, love even the simplest thing such as it's equiped enough power points all around the room. The location is great! There is a shuttle service every half hour to the nearby Emporium Mall where Phrom Phong station is located (5 stations away from Siam station). There is a nearby massage and spa that the hotel recomaned called Yonomori Onsen and Spa just 6mins walk from this hotel that gives the best quality Thai Massage that I ever had. I will definitely come back again!
