This is my 5th visit to Town Hotel, the people working at the reception were very friendly and spoke to us, and did everything very quickly. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the man who was at the reception. They all speak very respectfully.

What else can I say about the room, the room is very big, the room space is very good and clean. Another thing I like is that I called the reception at 3 am for water and they delivered me water within five minutes. Overall everything is good, that's why I go there again and again.

Room was Good, and the bed also very comfortable, also very clean area, also the Parking available at Basement, its little harder to drive the car to basement parking, and compare to overall hotel is good.

for the Car Parking, need to stop the car and go to reception and need to inform to open the gate always

Nice hotel with friendly staff and even a small selection of drinks and snacks to buy in reception. I had a problem with my first room and they quickly changed me to a much better room. They even let me have a late check out.

The first room I had was on a smoking floor and the room smelled like someone was in the room with me smoking, I could hardly breathe. They changed my room to a better room as soon as I told them though so this was not a big problem for me.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but unfortunately, the shower didn’t work. We requested a clothes iron, and while one was provided, it turned out to be faulty, and unfortunately, there wasn’t a replacement available.

At least check and test the items before providing them to guests; it shows a lack of attention to detail and can negatively impact the guest experience. I had to attend a meeting the next morning with wrinkled clothes, which was quite frustrating.

This hotel is conveniently located close to Msheireb metro station. My room was very spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities including an ironing board with an iron. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

The food selection at the breakfast was very poor. There were many dishes that people wouldn’t normally eat for breakfast, such as rice, curry, or chicken nuggets. The swimming pool on the rooftop is extremely small, and the area around it looks untidy. There are no sun loungers around the pool to lie down and sunbathe, only a couple of chairs. I don’t know who would possibly fancy swimming in this kind of environment. The rooms don’t have a hair dryer which was a big inconvenience for me.

Location is very good for exploring the Msheireb district and visiting Souk Waqif. Staff is extremly friendly (special thanks to Mr. Morris at the reception and Mr. Jibon for helping us with breakfast). The choice for breakfast is modest, but still good enough. It is a great price value hotel.

The place was closer to the airport and downtown. Love the roof top pool. It seems more like private. The room was spacious and clean. The customer service guy Morris was fantastic and very helpful, a great assets to hotel team. He made sure that we have a great. Thank you Morris and team for your fantastic customer service. We will see you again.

I can’t fault anything with the price we paid

The location is great, near metro links, and Msheireb metro station is only a ten minute walk. The room was spacious and nicely furnished, clean , and the bed is comfortable. Most important is the reception employees were extremely friendly and truly helpful. Will definitely come back.
