The staff needs to be trained better. The lady who first welcomed us at the front desk was not friendly. Afterwards, the hotel manager solved all our problems.

The property is beautiful and calming. The pool is big and has plenty of loungers. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating. We felt looked after. To note, the breakfast is delicious and generous. This was for us an oasis of calm in Singapore. Location is easy to get to via taxi. We hope to be back!

The hotel is beautiful! Right from when you step through true door to the Le Labo products to the Frette sheets.
There was loud construction in the room next door or above which woke us up unfortunately.

The lobby ; the kay out, lush & the scents are amazing
You should add scents on foyer every floors ; provide information about pillow menus at the room ; more speed on the breakfast service (many trainee at that time)
