The hotel was even closer than what we thought to the old town due to the back entrance and the fact there were italian restaurants mostly and pastry shops on that same street. Breakfast was great and they even made us breakfast bags one morning as we had a day trip way before breakfast time. Everyone was always with a smile and very helpful! The room was very clean and enjoyed the balcony , too!

there was this one place on the side of our street which played music til 05.30 a.m. Yes the double- glazed windows did help and so did my earplugs but i could still kinda hear them. Maybe I'm just a light sleeper.

The location was great. It’s in the old town not far from the hustle and bustle on all the clubs pubs restaurants but set back enough just to be a little bit quieter than in the main part.

Nothing the staff were professional polite well mannered the breakfasts were adequate nice nothing’s too much trouble for the staff room was tidied. Cleaned every day as I say is a good place to go. You just got to bear in my mind that Bucharest gets busy at night as there are loads of restaurants bars just the street or two away as I say this is set back enough to not cause a problem

Hotel is located in a very central location, conveniently close to subway, bus & tramway stations and at the entrance of the old city center. Despite the fact that all around the area were a lot of night clubs and bars and coffeshops, the noise was far away from us and our room was quite. Room was spacious and clean, pillows big and comfortable, and the WC clean with all desirable amenities. When we stayed there, it was snowing heavily outside, but the room was always warm and cozy.. Breakfast was rich, but food quality could be higher. The staff was very helpfull, kind and always ready to help! Nice place highly recommended!

The bed was very hard: Initially it was feeling like sleeping on a stone table, gradually was getting better ...

Fairy large nice room with a balcony on the front (street) side, 2nd floor. Good climate, clean, nice bed with good quality linnen. Good wifi. Good shower. Tea and coffee in the room and a mini bar. Nice and friendly personel. Good location. It is about a 20 min walk to the palace. 10 min walk to the metro/ subway and 15 min to the Carrefour and KFC :). Plenty of restaurants in that area. Breakfast buffet is good too. Plenty of variation. Bacon and eggs and sausages and orange juice and croissants. I absolutely loved this place. Would go here again if I would go back to Bucarest.

I was on the street side, 2nd floor, and there was noise from the street (cars driving by and sirens from police of ambulance once in a while). So light sleepers might have an issue. I didn't bother me.

Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal – very close to key spots in the city, making it a great choice for those who want to explore the area. I will definitely choose it again on my next visit!"

Good location in the old town, Room was clean and modern, breakfast was good, staff all very friendly.

Noise level from bars outside , our room was at the back of the hotel overlooking the old town. Hot tap in basin (bathroom) did not.work. Hotel bar was also shut, this is a big deal if like us you book a hotel based on it having a bar onsite. Lastly, i paid and requested a double bed, this was acknowledged by the hotel and said it would be part of our deal, upon arrival we had 2 single beds, which the staff rectified by pishing together 🙄

The Concorde Old Bucharest Hotel was fantastic. It's in a great central location near to attractions and many restaurants The hotel room was clean, and the beds comfortable, the hotel provided a lovely breakfast with a variety of different choices to eat. The staff were very welcoming and assisted in order to get the best experience I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a central location in Bucharest. Their wasn't nothing to dislike

Loved this hotel! Fantastic that the back door opened straight into the Old Town so easy to get to lots of restaurants. Very central, staff friendly and helpful, spacious deluxe room; bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with hot and cold food choices. Great air conditioning as it was hot when we stayed there. The staff’s English was very good and they told us about a free water show - lights and music which we went to and really enjoyed! Would definitely recommend.

Toilet was very close to other bathroom fittings so not easy to get to!

The position of the hotel is wonderful. It is in the central part of the city, very close to the bus station for the airport. In the area of the hotel there are several restaurants and attractions such as the fountain show in the evening with spectacular water features and parliament palace. The staff of the hotel was very kind and available: I think this is a strong point of the hotel. The breakfast is very good with various kinds of foods. The room was confortable.

The only problem was the central air conditioning which didn't work. However, the hotel staff arranged to put a portable air conditioner in the room which was a bit noisy and above all, having to leave the window open due to the outlet pipe, all the noises from the street could be heard. Since the hotel is in the center, on Saturday evening there was a lot of confusion and noise until late at night. The air conditioner was left on all night because it was exceptionally hot.

Very clean and everyone was pleasant and helpful especially a wonderful man on reception unfortunately we cannot remember his name.

We arrived on a Thursday so slept well that night but Our room was at the back of the property and Friday night the music was so loud it kept us awake till 2.30am We had a long day and evening at the arena on the Saturday and didn’t get back till 12pm exhausted unfortunately the music was even louder than before and went on till 4.30am so only a few hours sleep and as we’re in our 60s we did need some.
