The location was ideal--very central. The price was great. The manager, Flory, was very helpful. She worked with us and let us move into another room after our first one didn't meet our expectations. The new room was exactly what we wanted for a comfortable four night visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and quiet.

Our first room was on the noisy side of the building and our air conditioner wasn't working well. After talking to some of the staff (who weren't helpful), the manager stepped in to make sure we were satisfied. Next time, we'll ask for a quiet room when we book.

although I couldn't say so about the owner which accused me of wanting to stay free just because I thought booking charge me already. and of course staying about 4 times in total so I was a bit disappointed by the reaction and the reason of me going back is not the hotel itself as is pretty outdated but the polite people working there which on my next visit I will not see them as I won't ever go back after the extremely rude comments of the boss.

The room was good, with natural light and with enough space for 2 persons.

There we some bugs at the room.

Great location, just 5 mins walk from University Square & only further few mins walk into old town area. Great pizza and snack/breakfast outlets just 1min walk from hotel, plus a mini market. Metro & bus stops 5 mins walk away. Room fairly basic but clean and everything we needed. Staff were great & lent me a UK adapter to charge my phone. Shower and bath were great, hot water. Smart TV in room. Was happy that room looked as they look in photos online.

Only negatives were, it said there was a terrace but there wasn't with our room. It also said safety deposit box but although there was one, it was just a lightweight box that wasn't fixed to the wall/wardrobe & didn't work anyway - the room felt secure though and 24hr reception, plus no reviews I saw referred to any thefts, so I was comfortable leaving passports etc in the room & we had no issues. There was a fridge but nothing in it/no mini bar & the tea/coffee sachets were minimal and not replaced during our stay but we just went to the handy mini market 1 min walk away, so was fine.

Great location, staff very nice, rooms spacious and clean. Was nice and quiet even through it was very central. Easy walk to old town and tonnes of restaurants, bars and tourist attractions.

It was rainy while I was there and we struggled to heat the room to dry our clothes. But I understand rain like that was unexpected in summer. Not a big issue.

From the welcoming at reception, to the massive size of the room(!), the location and the weather, everything was perfect. The lady in reception was very friendly and had a great sense of humour, the cleaners went above and beyond and kept the room tidy, the bed was very comfortable and the room was amazing, exactly like the pictures.

The staff was very friendly, did a free check-in even if we arrived early in the morning, like 6am. We had a very quiet room even if the hotel is located in the central part of the city. Totally recomand to everyone. We loved Bucharest! And a small advice to tourists is that don't get a taxi from the road, just download the Uber app is safer and faster. Excellent hotel, not the first time I stay there. Everything is good, from the price to the good location in the center of Bucharest. And buses, metro, trolleybuses are all nearby. It is a really comfortable hotel

The only minor negative was that there was no sign for the door do not disturb, but this is a small problem

The location is very good, within walking distance from old town and its attractions - restaurants, cafes, bookstores ... The room is spacious and tidy - we did not use the minibar and coffee machine.

It might be a good idea to modernize the bathroom and replace the large bathtub with a shower cabin. The facade of the building is being renovated, so the windows are covered with canvas.

Great central location, easy to find the hotel. Personnel are nice and helpful. Room is comfortable and safe.

Even location is nice, street is so noisy with many cars. There was a big billboard on the wall of hotel with light spots. Hard to get sleep in many lights and noise when we stay. There was no window and balcony is so dirty to get fresh air. No flyswatter on balcony entrance so some insects can exist in the room when you open the balcony door.
