Great location close to corniche and Palestine street. Clean facilities. Polite staff.

I have been a regular guest over the past 2 years, and it is very obvious that a new management has taken over recently. Unfortunately, the new management is quite focused on reducing operating cost. for instance, breakfast menu has been cut back removing all costly items (meat, chicken, fish, etc.), restaurant is becoming a bit crowded, and room service quality has dropped, even though room price has increased by about 20% (compared to my previous visit in December 2024, booking the same room). This was a huge disappointment. I hope the new management could focus on service quality more than cost reduction.

The result is stale air, subject to problems with air conditioning dirt and the hotel has a faint but uncomfortable musty smell.

After all, it is a good hotel overall.

The gym is small, without a traditional elliptical and has a strong smell. Overall a great hotel, but the lack of natural ventilation is a problem. It seems to be a common problem in high-rise hotels, as I even had sinusitis in Riyadh. And in Jeddah the sinusitis did not improve due to the same problem. They should think of alternatives to ventilate the room and remove traces of mold. After all, it is a good hotel overall.

The pricing for expedited laundry services and other ‎‏clothing items at your establishment is among the highest in the market. I believe the current rates are comparable to those found in other hotels. ‎‏The employees, together with their manager, appeared apprehensive during the encounter. Of notable concern was my observation of their displeasure when a customer selects multiple items in close proximity to them. Their nonverbal cues and behaviors seemed to depart from the anticipated standard of professionalism.

We booked two rooms at the non-smoking floor, there was a residue of tobacco smell in both rooms. Some guests were also smoking heavily in the nearby room/s, the smell of smoking was spread everywhere and reaching our rooms. The hotel should have more strict rules regarding smoking in the non-smoking rooms.

The receptionist Mr. Faris ( He is college coop student) , he is outstanding performer as during check in , he is welcoming , supportive, guide me for hotel facility and area nearby , at the first I though he is duty manager .. note he is the reason to consider this hotel on my next visits as I liked hotel facilities and area nearby , so I enjoyed the evening inside hotel and outside Well done Faris

At Crown Plaza Hotel, I particularly enjoyed their friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay specially “Abdulaziz”. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The hotel's location was convenient, and the on-site facilities, such as the gym and pool, added to the overall experience. The dining options were excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable, making it a perfect place for both business and leisure travelers. Without a doubt, I rate Crown Plaza Hotel 10 out of 10 for providing an exceptional stay.

Great stay here. We will stay again! All the staff were excellent. The service in the Restaurant was exceptional, 5* service from your restaurant staff. The gym was great and the pool was clean and sun loungers were comfy. They provide towels also. We had a twin room. 2 very large beds. I’d say the rooms were a little small. But they were clean, comfy and house keeping was great! coffee machine and bottled water was left each day Thank You for a great stay.

The Pool area, maybe somewhere close to access water to drink as it’s very hot!
