Property is clean, comfortable and its location is very good against the cost

I requested early check in before arrival, the hotel responded upon availability, I came hotel at 4:00 am I was too much welcomed by Mr.Amer, I kept my luggage their and I went to Umrah, I agreed with mr. Amer that he keeps a note to the next shift staff member Mr.Hazaa to but a priority for early check in, he already but the note, however unfortunately when I come morning at 10:00 am, mr.Hazaa was non cooperative and he requested me to pay half night price to check in early at 10:00 am, despite the rooms were available and free, which I disagreed with this and I showed him the hotel acceptance on early check in upon the availability and after some arguments he made the check in.

This hotel felt like a good 4 star hotel. Though it's a 25 minute walk away from the haram ( door to door) we didn't find that a problem. There was always a taxi outside the hotel and we paid 10SR 9about £2) to reach the haram. The taxi usually drops you off at the underground drop off within 5 minutes, you come up the escalator within the haram courtyard. I had never used taxis to reach my hotel and so was a little nervous, but I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and speediness of the journey. The reception staff, especially Amir, were great. Friendly, helpful and always smiling in welcome. The breakfast was good, fresh juice and coffee would make it better, but this is a budget hotel so we can't expect everything for the price we paid. There was a laundry place 2 doors down which was highly convenient, a pharmacy across the road, as well as a barbers within a short walk. I am recommending this hotel to my everyone who asks, we were highly pleased with it, I just hope they won't increase their prices!

nothing, everything was lovely and suited our needs. Just so you know, there aren't any restaurants nearby, but we didn't need anything as we always ate near the haram.

Location is good, 20 minutes slow walk to harram. I reached there in 15 minutes only. Right now only issue with the hotel is construction work on road, which does not create any sound disturbance but you need to walk little extra. And taxis and cars cant come to the door but if you walk 1 minute you can get taxis easily. Hotel also have private bus which takes to harram and bring you back.

Drainage system should be improved by putting anti stuck liquid in it regularly, which clear the blockage by hair. Drainage in shower was little slow but OK.

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to help and answer questions or provide suggestions, with a friendly smile on their face (Ahmad and Amer were amazing, as well as the rest of the team) Room big and clean, view of the clock tower, water, coffee, toiletries. Bed and air-conditioning were perfect. Breakfast exceeded expectations. (Suggestion; espresso machine could be nice to have) 10 mins from the hotel, there is a local traditional breakfast restaurant (Al Qarmoshi) is a must visit, or you could order in (delivery apps). Tip: You must try the foul, egg with cheddar, oven baked bread. Location: Surely you could walk about 15-20 minutes, but with the weather and trying to save your energy for the walks inside the harm, a taxi is easy to get. There are always taxis waiting outside for SAR10, or if you cross the street, traffic direction towards Haram (so the taxi won't make a u-turn it is SAR5). Coming back is it SAR 5 or 10 based on the demand. (Thrusday night and Friday all day prices are a bit higher due to traffic, maybe SAR20). The taxis drop you right by InterContinental Dar Tawhid and gate 76s less than 4 minutes' walk to be inside Haram, or actually you could pray right there outside. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Staff made me feel home, granted late checkout due to Friday prayers. Surely will come back. Tip; laundry, supermarket, tailors nears by - you can get a custom-fit shirt / thoub in 24hrs, highly recommend.

The breakfast was great. It wasn't too monotonous. The staff was great and helpful, although English is not their first language, however, we could communicate our needs. The staff was always ready to assist. The place was clean, neat and had most of the amenities. Rooms were a comfortable size, beds and pillows were comfy. Its a new-ish hotel, so everything works :)

The distance to the Haram is about a 20 min walk (however, in that heat, I can't see people walking up and down for each salaat), although by taxi, the travel is like 4 to 5 minutes. The taxis are quite expensive (average was 15 Riyal to the Haram) , Uber was 10 Riyal, however getting back to hotel from the Haram, only taxis would work, as Uber pick up location from the Haram is greyed out. I guess because of the pickup location being difficult to pin point. If they could offer a shuttle service to the haram that would greatly improve their services.

My stay at Tree Point Musalli Hotel was truly unforgettable. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and offered breathtaking views of the holy city. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and provided exceptional service. The hotel's location, close to the Haram, made it incredibly convenient, while its peaceful prayer spaces and delicious meals added to the experience. A perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and spirituality. I can’t wait to return on my next visit.

Location is 24 mins walk from Alharam, there are buses to and from alharam on all prayer times, be careful if you arrive inside the time will not be enough to go back with the bus and you will need to wait the next prayer time to finish, and the staff are amazing

There was construction that blocked the hotel entrance ( even if I love seeing constructions everywhere) it was a bit tiring , especially if you are arriving really late night like myself but it wasn’t horrible

The level of cleanliness is 10000/10000, Breakfast was well balanced and an occassional menu change everyday. Distance to the mosque is a 20-25min walk, but Makkah Bus 8 and Bus 6 to Ajyad 3 and 2 respectively are available(Stops a short distance from the Holy Mosque)-Free Bus Rides as of Writing review but overly crowded. Taxis are available at SAR 10-SAR15 depending on the time. Short Distance to the airport 7-10 Mins drive (SAR 30-40). Restaurant line the area around and a small mosque right outside the property. Staff speak Good english. Restaurant team with Mohammad in charge are always helpful. Room Service Done When requested. Sudanese Gentleman young man with decent ethics and very trustworthy was my choice for room service always left it sparkling.

Shuttle to the mosque.

The property was clean , short walking distance to Haram about 10 minutes. I don’t recommend it for elderly as there is a small 2 minutes walk hill. Overall was great

The laundry was a scam from the outside company. I informed the hotel that I have laundry I was informed to place it in a bag and the company will pick and wash it. When the clothing returned I was shocked by the cost of it. The cost of the laundry was higher than the cost of the hotel for 4 nights state. That was disappointing or I should have at least been told by the hotel about the price of the laundry

Hotel is located on the main road, Masjid Al haram is not too far from the hotel. Taxi cost 5 to 10 riyal depending on the time. The property is accessible to a lot of shops and restaurants which makes my stay comfortable. Staff are prompt with room service requests.

The management can do more on the general cleaning of the hotel. My room had flies at check-in and hair on the rug, even hotel reception too. I had to call for room service to get rid of them.
