The service and the staff at this hotel were of exceptional standards. Polite and friendly. Everyone was attentive and helpful when approached. Nothing was any trouble. The breakfast was varied and delicious and the room spacious and comfy. It was kitted out with everything we needed. A really well located hotel with the prophets masjid visible from the entrance. There were no issues getting to salat on time!!

We had the Three Bedroom Royal Suite which was very spacious. Staff is excellent! Especially Abdul Hamid Modin who is the Chief Concierge who helped us tremendously within the hotel and also helped us organise transport and external activities. Check in Process was very efficient. Fares at Check in is also professional and helpful. Location is perfect with a few minutes' walk to Masjid-e-Nabavi and so many food options close to the hotel.

Housekeeping teams were very polite and helpful but seemed overstretched! Hotel should alleviate this issue with a dedicated team per floor. Whilst well maintained, the hotel is starting to show its age especially with the furniture and bathrooms. However, I believe the hotel has plans to renovate!

Staff was super attentive and helpful right from entering the hotel. I booked the Royal Suite, which was a 4-bedroom apartment with 6 beds in total. Each room had its own private washroom and shower. There was lots of space in the suite and it came with a kitchen, living room, and dining area. Was very close to the mosque (about a 5 min walk). Overall, very happy with the accommodations and included breakfast (lots of variety and super tasty). Will be booking again in the future.

Next to our room construction was going on that disturbed us a lot during Ramadn Sahoor time.

Really good location and close by to Masjid an Nabawi. There's also plenty of coffee shops and food options close by so you don't have to worry about that. Taiba Commercial Center is round the corner as well if you're planning on shopping. The service of all staff working is impeccable and could not have asked for more. There was initially some construction happening on the room we were allocated and we were moved without any fuss. They also accommodated our entire family on the same floor and were happy to extend the checkout time for us. I would definitely stay again!

Just be aware there is a busy road to cross on the way to Masjid an Nabawi. Cars do stop for you and there's sometimes guards who assist but it might be overwhelming for some. It's fine once you get used to it.

Close to Haram, elevators available without waiting for long. The Royal suite is massive with living room, 3 bedrooms which can fit 3-4 people each and there is a single room as well. 4 toilets.

Room not ready despite 16:00 check-in time whereaswe we had informed them at 13:00 we have elderly in wheelchair. One of the reception ladies said, "What do you what me to do?" Escalated to duty manager who apologised and gave us complimentary dinner and then the room was ready by 16:30. There are no utensils to cook in the Royal Suite Kitchen. There is a microwave, fridge, and hob to cook

Every thing was so perfect, the hotel was very clean, the location was very great and all the staff was perfect and helpful . and i need to send special thanks for very professional, Nice and supportive girl ( her name is Marah (مرح)from reception Team really I loved the way she handled my check-in process really She deserves great thanks from everyone who dealt with her. and i need to send special thanks to one of the room service team who his name is (Habibullah ( حبيب الله). Finally i totally recommend this hotel for everyone needs to visit Madinah due to the very professional staff of this hotel.

Nothing, everything was wonderful

We stayed on the 7th , room was very clean and house keeping kept on top of cleaning. If we ran out of something or, needed anything we simply dialled 0 and they brought it up to us. The management team would call us daily to check how our stay was and if we needed anything. There was always an ample supply of bottled water, clean towels, toiletries and tea/coffee and milk. Breakfast was good value, My brother is a big eater and would go up thirds and fourth helpings. Location to Masjid Al Nabwi was excellent, literally a 3 minute walk from the door step of the hotel to the mosque. I think the most notable and praiseworthy thing was the friendliness and politeness of all the staff who made our staff all the more memorable. And they all spoke English. I would highly recommend this hotel with out any reservation.

The only negative thing I experienced when booking my hotel was the service I got from Booking.com, which wasn't very good. I had a few questions about making the payment and the Booking.com staff were very unhelpful, who couldn't speak clear English, communicate clearly or return promised calls. I would recommend booking direct if you can.

I arrived late for check-in, but i was assisted throughout the way by Mr. Nawaf from the reception to make sure my check-in was done smoothly. Mr. Awaid welcomed us for check-in with professionalism and made sure everything was provided to us properly. The hotel is located at the best spot for men and women access to the masjid and also to restaurants. The room was clean and tidy with proper support from the housekeeping team. We were throughout our stay, checked up by Ms. Ohoud if required any support or if anything was bothering.
