The RESET hotel is an amazing desert resort, the service and facilities are excellent, the staff are friendly and efficient. The owners have done a wonderful job to create a relaxing iconic getaway on the edge of Joshua Tree National park. We loved being so close to the North gate entrance to get out and explore the park in the morning knowing we were able to come back and just relax at the pool all afternoon.

We had a very pleasant stay for one night at this newly opened hotel. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly, which made us feel very welcome. The pool is absolutely wonderful, with great views – a real highlight of our stay. The room was comfortable and offered a spectacular view of the mountain.

The only downside was the lack of some signage, but the hotel is already aware of this and working on improvements.

No food or drink service

Fantastic, calm pool. Wasn’t busy. good music. Quiet mornings and evenings. Food and drinks good. Stylish merch. Super nice staff at bar.

Queen-sized rooms too minimal: ok for one person without luggage, but for couples not enough space. AC leaking, no hangars.

Very stylish design, nice views of the hills behind the property. Room was very cute and spotlessly clean, although tiny and with no window; had a small fridge and coffee setup.

Entry road was very rough - covered in debris from recent rains that wasn’t cleared. No signage when we arrived made checking in confusing. Pool was a bit small and there were limited shady places to sit poolside (and those were all taken by groups of trendy twenty-somethings when we were there). One night we were there, there was music playing through the night. Older staff I spoke to were very helpful and polite, but younger staff seemed completely uninterested in being helpful. Overall, a mixed bag; I think it might be great once they work past the growing pains.

The peace and quiet of environment. The cleanliness of rooms and outdoor patio was spacious and minimalist yet modern. Staff were so helpful and friendly.

Having cream and sugar with the coffee inside the rooms as an option would be more convenient. Being first year this is opened up to visitors very pleasant stay.

The view is beautiful .

The room lacked signs such as where the air conditioning control is, or that there is a heater in the bathroom but it is for winter, not summer; there were no filters or sugar for the coffee. The staff is poorly trained. The restaurant menu is very limited. No towels in the pool area although there were some in the room. It is a hotel to take photos for Instagram
