The swimming pool is well maintained and the location is fantastic. Everything is as good as on the pictures. Breakfast was full of choices from cold to cooked.

Nothing to do with the property but more a feedback on guest behavior- Some guests got excited at night and were talking out loud in the garden and near the swimming pool, as our bedroom is garden/swimming pool facing, the noise is quite disturbing to a piece full night. Perhaps they can be reminded to keep quiet after 9pm.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, All of the workers are super friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was tasty, options are simple but enough. They remember your dietary preferences and next day you can find it on your table so you don't have to ask. ( like milk for example) The swimming pool is an amazing add-on, it's heated! We booked for 4 nights. We can't wait to go back to the Isle of Wight, Eastmount Hall hotel has become our only option for staying. You guys are amazing!

The staff are very gentle and happy to help! They even offer a cream tea on arrival that was really nice! The location is nice and it was easy to go from Shankling train station and it was very easy to go to the beach using the cliff lift. The building is from Victorian age but it was clean and had every essential: comfortable bed, good shower, warm swimming pool, some games and a bar. The breakfast was a traditional English served warm at your table. It was a good value for money.

Great location - close to beach and shops and restaurants. Fairly quiet and felt safe. Car Parking was onsite and seemed more than enough space for everyone. The Breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee! All served by a lovely lady called Susie! We used the outdoor pool which was heated and we found this very relaxing. We also used the bar and the pool table. Our room was comfortable, with high quality bed linen, a very comfy mattress and topper and squishy duvet and pillows - we both slept like logs! Bathroom was fine, good shower and all very clean. The best thing about this hotel was, without doubt, the lovely friendly lady on arrival (Jill) who was very informative and started our stay by giving us a tea tray with Tea, Scones, Cream and Jam! What a welcome!!!

The TV in the room only had 2 working channels (BBC1 and BBC2). We didn't come on holiday to watch TV but it was nice to have on when we were in the room. It's a shame as the WIFI connection was really good so if the tv had been more modern or had a Chromecast or something like that we could have streamed stuff. There was never anyone in the hotel bar so it lacked a bit of atmosphere and the whole hotel does need modernising a little bit - new decor/carpets etc and generally just a bit more TLC.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Eastmount Hall. The location was perfect, with a quick, direct route into town and just around the corner from the cliff path. The hotel has a lovely, comfortable feel to it, and my room was just to my taste: quiet, private, cosy, with a fab bed and a great view. The staff were helpful and friendly, and they do a very nice breakfast. I would love to return to this hotel in the future.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

We had a warm and friendly welcome we received upon arrival, along with some lovely tea and scones. The weather had been fabulous so we managed to have a couple of dips in the pool which was a good temperature and refreshing on the hot days. Our room was a good size with two single beds these were very comfortable. We had a full English breakfast which was very tasty and a nice cup of tea All staff with the hotel were very pleasant We shall definitely stay again

Breakfast was okay but lacked the wow factor. A cream tea at the start of the visit was very welcoming . Not a lot of choices .the location was excellent. The area had all you need for a good holiday. Lovely beach with restaurants. Old Shanklin was very pretty and lots of places to eat and things to look around.the swimming pool at the venue was very welcome on hot days.

There was nothing we did not like, would have like more fruit at breakfast and nicer bread.

We liked the friendly proprietors,the friendly staff,the cleanliness,the heated outdoor pool.the superb breakfast which was freshly cooked to order on heated plates and the price was great also local for everywhere

Nothing.we were very happy and will return also recommend to anyone who is looking for a very reasonably priced exceptionally clean and friendly place to stay on the island

We had a lovely few days/nights at The Eastmount hall hotel, all staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, tea and toast provided upon arrival to the breakfast room. Jill is amazing, very modest lady who made us all feel welcome to her hotel. Riley enjoy playing pool and drinking the appetisers. The complimentary cream tea upon arrival was a lovely welcomed treat. Would very much stay again. The Sait family.

Breakfast selection was great for the whole family. Staff were amazing , very friendly and welcoming.

TV was very outdated and not smart. Couldn’t get channels for bedtime routine for kids. Only 2 plugs sockets in room so difficult to charge phones/devices. Bedroom doors are extra loud and squeaky, some guests were not mindful of closing doors quietly and in turn woke children up.
