The host from the reception was very kind and helpful. He guided us to a plethora of things to do in the region. The room was at the second floor, towards the sea. We enjoyed the sound of waves in the night, while not having troubles with noise from the nearby terraces and tavernas. The coffee in the room (Nesspresso) was good and at discretion every morning. The room was clean. All in all a good accommodation, with free parking space nearby (about 30 m from the location) and plenty of places to see and where to eat nearby.

The cleaning was good, except for the sink in the bathroom. The matrice, a bit too soft for our taste.

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host - Kostas was so friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciated the little touches, the advices for places to eat, the beaches, even the town events and that made it feel welcoming! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Great location, sea view, breakfast, staff and hospitality. Waking up with the sun and waves was a peaceful experience. Free car parking area near the hotel, all seaside restaurants, snack bars etc are nearby. Famous beaches are 20 to 60 mins away. Markets, bakery, city center are all walking distance. Bars (some nights live music) are not disturbing when you close the windows. Kissamos is a small seaside town (it was our first time), but we found everything we needed and also with good prices. We preferred local restaurants which the owners recommended. Breakfast served at the hotel was also great (for 7-10 €), also we had free welcome desert and drink.

Bathroom and shower is a bit small but this isn’t a problem for us. Hope to come again!

The room was lovely - traditional interior, very clean, views of the sea were breathtaking. There is a vast variety of nice restaurants nearby, those of traditional Cretan cuisine as well. The host Kostas was the best host we have ever had - incredibly considerite, kind and polite, he told us about the best beaches and places to visit nearby, even gave us a map with highlighted routes to those sightseeing spots. Overall - one of the best places to stay in the west of Crete.

The hospitality of the receptionist was magnificent. He recommend places to visit on at Crete and Kissamos and was very helpful when it came to activities on a particular day.

Spotlessly clean overlooking small plazza and the sea . The air conditioning was the quietest i ever heard . Nespresso machine . Not in physical centre of town but definitely in social centre but not noisy . Just outside door is one of the best restaurants in Crete Owner could not be nicer or more helpful

Great, nice and clean hotel, with amazing view, close to port in Kissamos and other main places, without the noise of cicadas, only the sound of the sea could be heard, kind owner helping at any questions, prepared also materials (list of key places marked on a map) in our language.

Old building, no elevator.

These are amazing and super convenient apartments! Super near Kissamos center (5 mins walking) and you can reach the restaurants at the shore instantly. It’s also extremely easy to reach the main locations of the West of Crete (Balos, Falassarna, Elafonissi, etc). The staff is extremely friendly- communication on WhatsApp and real life is clear and easygoing. The rooms are SUPER clean, there was a housekeeper that visited daily and we loved the experience!

It’s hard to find anything that was “bad”, because on all our stay we had an amazing time! But we think the room’s bathrooms could use some love! The shower area is relatively small and the small plastic curtain make the bathroom super wet! It was hard to avoid a lot of water getting onto the floor!

We want to thank you very much for your availability and friendliness that you have shown us, we have also greatly appreciated your advice which has been very useful to us, tonight we ate very well in the restaurant you suggested. The location of your b&b is really excellent for reaching the most beautiful beaches of Crete, in a short time we were able to see the lagoon of Balos and Falassarna. Charming places. Clean - very clean and well serviced … close to a swimmable beach 100m away … nice tavernas and nightlife just a step away

Close to clubs so can be noisy but seemed to stop around 2am … it’s not so negative if you like nightlife and are going to be out late
