Great location, comfy rooms. The resort is located right above two beautiful little beaches. Great meals and drinks from the onsite restaurant. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying here.

It is located a little away from the main walking street - I suggest getting a tuk tuk back in the evenings as the road winds through some bushland with poor lighting so very dark at night.

Pretty area. Calm waters and good location, specially for families. Good breakfast.

The corals in front of the hotel are clearly suffering from pollution, boats and so on. The hotels should do a better job in conserving the marine biodiversity and these waters. Massage was awful, expensive and hurtful. One can find much better service in the walking street.

The beach at Ten Moons Resort is by far the best beach on the island. It is pure, white, fine sand whereas the other beaches we went to nearby were coarse brownish sand.

The WiFi needs improvement.

This was simply a dream location with the most incredible staff. Our bungalow number 1 was literally out of a dream, located on a very tiny private cove that at times we had mostly to ourselves. We could snorkel straight off the beach onto coral reefs. We rented a long tail boat one day through the hotel and it literally picked us up of the beach. The breakfast was incredible and the staff were so attentive and kind. It was somewhere so special and the highlight of our trip around SE Asia.

Mosquitos were a bit of a problem but the Hotel supplied bug spray and citronella burners which were great.

The room is beautiful and spacious with good views. The restaurant is also with a view. The staff are very kind and helping. It is one of the best places to stay on the island and it is perfect for a few days. I was picked up from the previous resort and later dropped off at the next place. In terms of greeting the staff are impeccable. The resort offers life jackets and snorkeling gear.

Though the staff helped me with the safe, it kept on not working properly and finally I got tired to call the reception again and again and decided not to use it. Thailand as a rule is not a dangerous place so I managed without one for three nights. The resort is beautifully constructed but if you have any movement problems, choose elsewhere. There is no lift and there are a lot of steps. It was no problem for me in this case. Breakfast is not very rich in terms of fruit regarding the high rating. Breakfast as a rule on Koh Lipe is not very imaginative.

The staff were super friendly, welcoming and professional. The resort is well located at the end of Sunrise Beach where it is a little quieter with a lovely beach and snorkeling area. The room was clean, comfortable and serviced daily, with an amazing view from our balcony. Inclusive breakfast was cooked / served to order and was very generous in choice and portion size.

The bed / settee for a third person in the room was very hard and rather uncomfortable. It was also positioned under the air conditioning unit which dripped condensation onto the bedding. It was no problem for us but the resort is located on a cliff with a lot of steps for access to the rooms / restaurant / beach ...... may be a consideration for some.

Awesome stay at 10 moons, Went the extra mile to make you feel as welcome as possible. Right on a beautiful beach. 10mins walk to walking street. Staff were awesome always there if needed anything.

Be prepared to walk some stairs to your room, we didint mind tho.

I loved every single aspect of this resort: location, close to a small beach and meters away fron the corals; design and decoration, both of the common areas and of the bungalows; perfect hygiene; size and comfort of the room and bathroom; natural light and electrical ilumination, allowing to read in bed; food - there are many tasty options both for breakfast and for other meals, also for vegetarians and vegans, including a vaste selection of excellent, perfectly cooked, Spanish dishes -; the kind and efficient staff, perfectly trained by the Spanish owners of the resort. ¡Enhorabuena, amigos! ¡Gracias por todo! A few unique details: 1) The bungalows have a double sliding door, the outside one made of glass, the inside one consisting of a mosquito net, thus allowing to sleep with the outside door open to the sea breeze without being bitten by mosquitoes. 2) The airconditioner throws cool air on the lower end of the bed, which allows to let it on during the night without getting up with a stiff neck or a cold - most airconditioners throw cool air directly on the upper part of the bed, with unpleasant results for those sleeping under it. 3) The bed is covered only by a thin sheet, not by a thick bedcover as has become a foolish practice in - almost - every hotel in warm countries, forcing guests to put on a very cold airconditioner or to ask for a change of bed covering: why preparing the beds in such warm countries as if they had the weather of Canada or Scandinavia in winter? Why expending so much electricity for the strong air conditionners? However, if someody does wish to sleep under a thick cover, there is one in the wardrobe. 4) The resort provides snorkelling equipement (mask and fins) for free, without even asking for a caution from its guests, something I have never seen in any other hotel in the world.

I would suggest to fix a body long mirror in the bedroom - there is enough space for one and it would help guests to scrutinize their whole appearence, not only their upper body looks in the bathroom mirror as at present. However, the worst part for me was leaving this resort after only two days!

Everything. This is a very well run, amazing resort. The staff are extremely kind and helpful and the whole place is beautiful.

Nothing. Great spot. It is a tad removed from the more populated of the island. This resort is perfectly arranged for a romantic getaway. As a solo traveler, I was bummed I did not bring a date. It's a perfect spot for couples.
