Right on the beach, fantastic ocean views from lounge room and balcony. Nice for a walk along the beach. Supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Good buffet breakfast. Staff were very good. Recently renovated property.

Food in the restaurant for dinner was average and took a long time (hour plus) to come out. Staff were however apologetic about the delay. Suspect that as the hotel had only recently re-open some of the operating procedures are yet to be ironed out. Whilst we didn't use it, the pool is quite small and not overly inviting. Would be OK for a quick cool down.

Rooms and location. New motel, staff said only 3 months old. Cost of motel in area, cheaper then others. Clean rooms.

Check in took too long. 45mins. Staff didn't care who was waiting in front. Didn't feel welcomed, and no one in lobby to help. Only one lift in motel. Bedroom, power points not working near bedside. Fridge not working, a microwave should be included. Not enough supply of toilet paper. Buffet breakfast standard was less then average. Could have been better. Same style of food everyday. Fruit were not fresh and not enough. When things ran out, they didn't fill it. Swimming pool is a joke. Not designed for swimming. Very small, its more for decoration.

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending one night at Wyndham Garden Wailoaloa Beach Fiji, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their genuine warmth and attentive service. The property is modern, well-kept, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the peaceful beauty of Wailoaloa Beach. Our room was comfortable and spotless, with everything we needed for a restful night. The food was excellent, fresh, flavourful, and served with care. Even though our stay was short, the kindness of the team and the relaxed atmosphere left a lasting impression. We look forward to returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nadi.

The best thing about staying here was the lovely staff. Everybody was always so kind and so friendly. I had a small twin room, which satisfied my needs. The bed and the linens were exceptionally comfortable! Nice bath towels. The shower doesn’t have a door or a curtain to keep the whole bathroom from getting wet, but I was fine with that. The larger rooms have shower doors. The room also has a big TV with Netflix, and there were lots of little things like a bathroom scale and room slippers. Breakfast was excellent and they changed it up on my second morning. I’d happily stay here again.

New property on the beach - great value for money compared to neighbouring properties. Staff were very accommodating - changing our room when we complained it was not as per Booking.com photographs.

The property had opened before the roof top bar and restaurant had opened - would have been great to use. Swimming pool was tiny and more like a design feature as opposed to a pool we could use

Clean and spacious room. Had the necessary amenities in the room and the breakfast was simple but just right. Easy access to the beach and Wailoaloa Beach Club. House band was also very entertaining and played some awesome tunes.

Main entry was closed after midnight so we had to wait for someone to open the doors again after we returned from an event just after midnight. The boutique store only accepted cash. Would be more convenient if they installed an eftpos machine and had an atm installed at the hotel.

Everything, esp the kitchen morning breakfast staff, has lots of patience. Very friendly.. The coffee was great with better prices. I used to buy it before heading to downtown. The room cleaning lady on level 6 for the week a salute to her.

The front staff , not the reception but the other staff, like asking for help for room locked and bag helps.takes them forever. Actually, they keep forgetting, and guest have to wait nearly 30 min

The view was amazing, bed was comfortable. The food was great, the atmosphere was welcoming.

Housekeeping was not consistent with the cleaning, they missed 2 days of cleaning. Even on the days they cleaned, they didnt replace the dirty towels or the tea station. And it took them almost the whole day to replace them when I requested. I would like to see more improvement from Housekeeping as i would like to stay there again on my next visit.

The hotel is perfectly positioned on Wailoaloa beach and the deck extends onto the beach. It is in the heart of Nadi and close to all restaurants and 20min from the Port Denaru to catch a ferry to the islands. I liked the vibe of the place, the convenience and the luxury of the hotel.

The initial room I was given was left in a poor condition (dirty bathroom) and I had to ask for a new room on check in. The second one was cleaned well.

I was only here for a lay over and it was super close to the airport also being right on the beach, it was super relaxing and enjoyable. As the hotel is still new everyone was still getting there bearings but I couldn’t fault the customer service.

The massage studio they have on site wasn’t professional on site. It is apparently run by a different owner and I would definitely reccomended saving your money and not getting a massage done.
