They have really stepped it up with security and front desk staff. We no longer feel nervous when leaving our room to go anywhere and we absolutely love Charity at the front desk! Excellent customer service and always accommodating when permitting. There has definitely been a notable difference all around from our previous stays.

Rpooms could use some updating to more comfortably match the price. The 00psink in our room has a missing screen so water regulation close to impossible and if you turned it on too high too fast you were guaranteed to get a shower of sorts. It was frustrating.

Rocky is amazing and has outstanding customer service he was inviting funny friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my accommodations were met and that we had a safe fun restful stay thank you Rocky

I would’ve liked if the pool was up and running and if the ice machine didn’t break cuz I had to buy 4 bags of ice and paying nearly 100 a night should cover ice. Loll

It was relatively close to rail and soon there will be a nearer station to it… it was very clean and for its price range its condition is great … staff helpful and accommodating all good words for the staff!

Two primary complaints no coffee maker and no dedicated USB chargers with only one working outlet but these are only minor complaints the other complaint is one of the customers was loud till like almost 3 am and woke me up a couple times

If I’m being upfront - it could be better upkept overall some of the rooms have things that could use repairs like shower knob handles broken or shower heads not quite tightened . some of the flooring in a few rooms I’ve been in could be replaced I would think as it (I assume) is from water damage or if spills are not attended too (again I’d assume) …but things like that just better maintained

Location to transit and downtown. Staff helpful. Couple of gas stations across street. Good affordable accommodations with no problems.

Could upgrade building etc.

It’s a place to lay your head it’s got a toilet & sink ,a shower It works For a temporary stay

I would said that I could just be improved like some of the flooring I’d say has water damage some of the piping in the showers and just things like that could be looked at ….improved on

the shower was terrible. water pressure was very low. the shower floor was cracked and the drain cover was not attached. the bedroom floor was in terrible shape. tape was holding it together.

it’s a fairly cheap nights stay compared to most motel hotels here in SLC

sometimes sone rooms have a few things to be addressed like door knobs or shower parts broke and just could be abit more maintenance

Room was very nice and clean, TV worked. Good location close to downtown with Starbucks a half block away and Denny's a block and a half away!

Awkward entrance into the parking area but certainly manageable
