At the time of writing (22/04/25) the site as a whole is not complete. I was aware of this when booking and therefore it met my expectations though you should be aware. I believe in speaking to the staff it will be completed shortly. The hotel staff are fantastic and very helpful, bar area is lovely as it the restaurant. Due to the weather i didn't visit the swimming pool. The area itself is a short tram ride or 15 minute slow walk from Termini central station. Two tram lines intersect the area making travel easy, or for those deciding to walk (i did a mix) its well located to be able to get to the major sites. The room and bathroom are great, TV easy to use for casting Netflix, Prime, Disney etc. WiFi is very fast and easy to connect to, bathroom well stocked, shower fantastic and the bed is very comfortable.
There is nothing not to like about the hotel.

Before my trip, I came across some negative comments about the noise and the neighborhood, but I'm so glad I stuck with my decision, because this turned out to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The infrastructure, staff, and breakfast were all outstanding. The pool and gym were open and added a lot to my stay. As a bonus, there's a Berberè Pizzeria on-site, offering great food at a fair price (highly recommend trying the "speck e gorgonzola" pizza, trust me!)

Breakfast was amazing. The room was beautiful, and the balcony was so nice. Free laundry. Nice staff. The common areas were nice looking and I would have liked to have spent more time there. Comfortable beds. Good Wifi.
My TV was broken and I definitely just wanted to chill and watch TV after going nonstop. It was a little expensive and the pool wasn't working yet. The location isn't great. You basically need to take two buses to get most places.

Good breakfast, cozy and modern interior, helpfull and polite staff. The laundryroom was a big bonus.
We were dissappointed to find out that other guests were reserving the sunbeds early in the morning and not using them. So be prepared to not be able to get a spot from the pool area to lounge around (unless you reserve a spot early in the morning..) I would suggest a rule prohibiting the reservation of sunbeds in the pool area. This would ensure that all residents have an equal opportunity to enjoy the facilities. Sunbeds would be available to those who need them at the time, promoting fairness and a sense of community.

Recently built hotel in Rome (you could tell they are still finishing the outside area, however no obvious noise from construction), close to transportation (bus and tram, 10-15min to Termini Station). We were probably the first ones to use the studio room since the appliances looked brand new. Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, hob, microwave, sink and cookware. Bonus point for providing dish soap. The size of the room was very good. Comfy big bed and pillows. Nice bathroom with walk-in shower and toiletries. Hairdryer available. The hotel has free entertainment available (snooker and table tennis) and there is a pizza place at the ground floor. We were granted late checkout with no problems. Supermarket nearby (8min walk).
The pool was not yet available to use but you could access the area. We missed a kitchen sponge. The cabinet door below the sink was wonky, which made us loose all the food we had in the fridge as it didn't close well if you were not careful. The bathroom door always get caught on the main door closing system, so if you leave the studio and you didn't close your bathroom door we don't know how you would be able to come in again.

A new hotel. Very modern. Very clean and staff were very friendly. The pool I’m sure is great! Unfortunately it wasn’t ready for opening when we visited.
It’s slightly off the beaten track. A walk to the colosseum was approximately 25 mins. The Spanish steps were about 40 mins. We walked 50km in 3 days. I love walking, but for those less mobile, you will be relying on public transport.

Amazing place! The whole concept of co-working & hotel .. led to a very friendly, cool, chill vibe. We loved it ! Very comfy bed, large rooms, all newly done up. Bonus stars for this hotel due to : - 24x7 gym 🥰 - excellent & super friendly staff (😍👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼) - free laundry (upto 7 [!!] times per month) - free ping pong and billiards tables - and free drinks at events (!!) - and cooking classes in the community kitchen! If you've booked a stay here, then do pls download the "The Social Hub" app beforehand and sign up, to check out the calendar of events. And register in advance for the events. There are really, really fun things happening .. and you will have such a great way of meeting & interacting with the locals!
The airco took a bit of time to cool down the room, since it kept resetting (for some weird reason) from 20°C back to 26°C every time we left the room. Might be something with energy efficiency, but it just meant waiting for a bit for the space to cool. The rooftop pool is a bit on the smaller side (maybe 10 to 15m long) ... but atleast it was cold enough .. a nice place to dip and recover from the Rome heat!

Amazing place with great facilities and super clean.
A little far from main tourist activities but not a problem with a long walk or taxi

The beds were amazing, and the distance from the city wasn't bad. We stayed overnight to get the train which was really easy. The pool was refreshing, especially in 34 degrees! But a little smaller than the pictures. Wi-fi and atmosphere, yoga classes, and the gym were amazing.
The restaurant downstairs wasn't good... They also just changed their menus, and all of the three dishes we got were really so-so, and expensive. The dessert we got was awful, but they were very nice and replaced it with a better one. But also, so so. The bar by the pool also expensive. 8 euros for a beer. 4 for water.

This is our first holiday with my and my daughter, i feel so worried but this hotel make my holiday easy and fun. And my daughter favorite hotel so far in the heart of rome. I like the location close to all transportation, the room is clean everyday got a new towel everyday. The receptionist is really helpfull when u needed something. I love the vibe of this hotel after the long day u can enjoy the big space of the front garden, or enjoy the swimming pool at the rooftop to enjoy the view with your favorite cocktail.
The only downside of this hotel is the air conditioning is turning to heater i try to adjust the temperature but in a couple of hrs it go up to 26 degrees. The other is, they put fresh towel but they forget to fill up some condiments like coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. So i have to call the receptionist everynight.
