We had a great stay at Villa Bhuvana, it's very well located and easily walkable to the beach. The house is very beautiful and peaceful, giving plenty of space to relax and be in different corners. We were welcomed by David who really took amazing care of us. He was reachable any time and I cannot say this more that we were so happy to have him being our person of contact. David was extremly kind and assisted us with many things such as booking a great snorkelling tour, getting in house massages and he even took the time to help me when I fell and needed creams from the pharmacy to make life easier! He really went the extra mile, giving me as well a crutch so I could comfortably travel back. We are very grateful for David's outstanding care and dedication, we'd recommend the Villa to anyone who wants to have an amazing stay in Gili T island. Thank you!!!

Our stay at Villa Bhuvana was pleasant. The location by the sea was lovely and conveniently close to nearby attractions. The resort itself is beautiful and spacious. Our host, David, was welcoming and even recommended his local restaurant where he also cooks. We had dinner there the night before our departure and asked him to arrange a horse taxi for us the next morning, which he assured us he would. Unfortunately, the horse taxi didn’t arrive as promised. I tried calling and messaging David multiple times but received no response. Eventually, I reached out to the hotel next door, Kuno Resort, whose staff were incredibly helpful. They also attempted to contact David but had no success. Thankfully, they managed to arrange a horse taxi for us, which was a great relief as we were close to missing our ferry. David later messaged to apologize, explaining that he had been unwell, had overslept, and was unable to meet us at the resort. While I understand that unexpected things can happen, the lack of communication was disappointing and impacted the overall experience.

No housekeeping for the price you pay

The location was just right for a couple our age range (early 70's). We wanted a quiet place, lovely to relax in and private. The Villa Bhuvana really met our needs. There was a covered open deck with kitchenette (we did not cook), places to sit and a pool in a lovely setting. A "moat" with fish surrounded the villa, there were small yards, bicycles to ride, air conditioned bedroom with a comfortable bed, secure gate and high walls surrounding the property. David Bhuvana was excellent, taking care of anything we needed or wanted and helping us however he could. He and his lovely wife kept the pool and villa clean as well. And when I had a bicycle accident with a deep scrape, David called a nurse to come and treat it. We really appreciated him.

The management is getting new bicycles, so that is taken care of. We can't tell you about the stove/oven since we didn't use them, but the fridge and microwave and fresh water were very good. Lack of hot water was the only thing that was not really available, despite the bathtub there in the semi-outdoor bathroom. However, it was hot during our stay and didn't really care.

Our visit to Gilli T was one of the most memorable stays of our honeymoon. And Vila Bhuvana had a role to play in this. We arrived and our host, David, was waiting for us to show us the place. He helped us get pretty much everything on the island: from boat tours to e-bikes, restaurants, and clubs. The location of the villa is perfect, close to the beach but far enough from the crowds to have peace and quiet.

Villa full equipped for everything you need for an amazing holiday. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is very good as it’s few meters from the beach with many restaurants and bars. The villa actually looks much better in reality than in pictures

Probably I would just add something in the bedroom for mosquitos.

Absolutely beautiful place, very close to a beautiful beach with a great coralreef and turtles, perfect for Snorkeling (during High tide) 😍 It was located on a more quiet and peaceful part of The Island, but still lots of lovely restaurants close by. And if You want a bit more fun and partyvibes, You just take The bikes a 5-10 minutes down The beach. The pool was amazing and everyone is super helpful.

Our sweet sweet housekeeper/nanny Yanti! Such a nice lady. She babysat our baby boy 8 months twice so we could eat lunch and go snorkel. She cleaned and took our laundry. we also liked how spacious it was. The baby liked the area, the pool and the fishes in the pound. it was also possible to order food directly to the villa from Kuno Villa. the staff there was also super friendly and nice.

the electricity went off twice. the second time was during the night and we didn’t want to bother Yanti and her sleep. I guess it was bad luck!

The villa is gorgeous, really nice and spacious and private. The host was amazing and organized everything for us. The location is also on a quieter part of the island which we loved. We had a great time.

We really enjoyed our stay in villa Bhuvana! It is verry clean and they have a nice private pool. The service we got from Ilham is fantastic! Ilham is the best personal assistant that i ever had. He is so nice and helpfull; we are coming back at this beautifull villa. Thankyou Ilham😇

Everything is good!

Beautiful and super clean villa. Very spacious and roomy. Well decorated and designed. Has everything you need. Yanti was so helpful and easy to communicate with. We would stay again.

The villa is quite far from the main strip which is great for quiet and privacy but a bit of a journey to get to shops/restaurants especially at night. Just something to be aware of :) Would have been good to have a price list for mini bar items so you know how much cash to have on hand to pay when checking out.
