Spotlessly clean, modern rooms and communal areas. Very good breakfast. Lovely helpful staff. We were all very impressed and pleased with our stay. Great value for money, would definitely use again.

Service was excellent. I had booked a room without a breakfast which was just a mistake done during reservation. I was told that if my room is cleaned only on the fourth day, I can get breakfast free of charge. I had 9 nights, 7 free breakfast. The room was cleaned twice. I got a room on the sixth floor , window faced to the backyard ( roofs), far away from the lift. I had contacted them beforehand because of my serious sleeping problems. I had neighbors during three nights only. In spite of the fact that the hotel is brand new, the walls are like paper 😢. The noice could be heard from ‘everywhere’ and I thought the water comes down through the roof when someone flushed the toilet (?). Fortunately people on my floor were quiet in that sense - no partying young people. Location near the railway station was good for me because I walked a lot therefore. Locals live there, less tourists. Prices more normal than by the beach. Shops etc. Buses were rather tricky to use 😳! Malaga was a piece of cake compared to Alicante.

Cleaning was not done by professionals. Glasses had ‘stripes’ ( not used window cleaning ‘stuff’ ? ) there was dust under the bed. It was cleaned when I asked. I was told that they have not enough time. Breakfast could have had something ‘green’.

We loved almost everything about this hotel. The price was fabulous considering other places near the area, there was different modes of public transport steps away from the hotel and the walk to the main explanada felt quick to us. There were many cafes and restaurants in walking distance, in addition to the market and main tram station to go to different beaches. Coffee and hot choc in the hotel were delicious and we even got free breakfast for omitting 2 cleanings. Staff was friendly and warm, even upon our late arrival.☺️

The room was a bit smaller than it felt like in the photos. The breakfast selection is really small compared to other places I’ve stayed at.

I liked everything about this hotel. We had a good nights sleep. It was very clean everywhere, the bed was big and very comfortable. All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location and easy to get right into the centre. Free tea, coffee and hot chocolate is an available 24/7. We had the buffet breakfast and it was plentiful and fresh with a good choice of things. Even a fresh orange juicer.

There is no parking actually at the hotel ( not the hotel fault, it’s in the centre of town ) but there was a carpark nearby. Obviously this added to the cost but you could always try for street parking.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location — just 5 minutes on foot from the train station and around 15 minutes to the port and the beach. The room was spacious, the beds were super comfortable, and everything was perfectly clean. The air conditioning worked like a charm, even on very hot days, and the small fridge was really handy to keep drinks cold. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with lots of tasty options to choose from. What really stood out was the staff — they were all so kind, welcoming, and truly professional. We also loved the fact that free hot and cold drinks were available all day. We would definitely recommend this place without hesitation!

Just a detail — we found the bathroom layout a bit unusual. It's part of the room without any real separation like a door or curtain. The toilet has a frosted glass door. The shower has a clear glass door: it’s not really a problem if you're staying with someone you're close to (and you know each other naked), but it could be a bit awkward in terms of privacy otherwise.

Really great value. Nice hotel with great staff. New, clean, comfortable room, with a nice shower. The breakfast was very good as well, the Jamon Ibérico specially, it is a good one. The location is 15, 20 min, walking from Alicante's main attractions, but it has bus stops very close to the hotel, line 5 and 12 will take you to downtown, also you can take the C6 line for the Airport within 5 min walking. In addition it is near the Tram station where you can go to Benidorm, San Juan beach (go to this one, don't go to Postiguet). I highly recommend it!

Nothing to be fair.

The staff was very kind. A very warm and responsive team. The room was cozy and nice. The bathroom was also very nice. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. You can use the coffee & bar 24 hours a day. The hotel is close to public transport stops and within walking distance of attractions. I am very satisfied!

I have no complaints. The room was cleaned every day, and everything was Ok. It’s normal to have a bit of noise, after all, the hotel is located on a main street.

I stayed one night in transit, just needing a place to crash for the night before an early train journey – and was most pleasantly surprised! The location was perfect, less than 5 mins' walk from the train station. The property felt reasonably new, and my room was spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed. Appreciated the reminder to turn off aircon + towels in sealed (cloth) bags with a request to only use if necessary – it felt like consideration had genuinely been given to their environmental policy. Staff were friendly and helpful, and although I hadn't booked breakfast I enjoyed a couple of complimentary coffees from the machine by Reception. Would definitely stay again.

We loved (almost) everything about this hotel. The staff was friendly and clearly explained all the rules and benefits upon our arrival. The location was perfect for our city break, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was fairly standard, but the free coffee throughout the day was a great bonus. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had enough space for all our belongings. It was truly great value for money we paid for the stay. The “almost” part refers only to the poor sound insulation — we could hear everything our neighbors were doing in the adjacent room. Still, it was a pleasant stay overall, and I would return here.

The Hotel is just 4-5 min walk from the main Railway station or 7 min walk from The Tram station. It was very easy to find as I just turned left out Alicante Railway station entrance and walked up until you reach the crossing with the hotel on the opposite side. Very nice reception staff, quick and easy check in and the large reception area was welcoming with free tea, coffee, water and juice for guests. My room was a good size and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom a good size with a big shower cubicle and excellent water pressure. Wifi was good and I had everything I needed, including a room safe. Lots of resteraunts, cafes and 2 supermarkets close by and also a 24 hour pharmacy 4 mins walk. Breakfast was excellent and the staff kept the table clean and the breakfast items stocked. Very happy and will book again if I am in Alicante.
