I think it would be helpful to let guests that arrive a little early when you are traveling if the property is ready. The price was great until you check out as the cleaning fee and taxes add up to an additional $250.00 over the rental price. The bed was comfortable but the length of the bed felt very short.

We liked that it was spotless, great bath products, adequately stocked for light meals, the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit. Comfortable beds and pillows.

We did not love the mini split the AC/heating unit to a while to figure out. Too hot or too cold. The area rug was very worn, the couch looks nice but was not comfortable at all. All minor. The weather forced us to stay inside more than we would have.

It was so cozy , super comfortable, everything from bed to bathroom had super facilities. I was in a one bedroom apartment with kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped and very easy to use. We just felt so at home. The location is fabulous.target, seven eleven, Marshalls, tjmaxx anything and everything is walking distance.

Only one thing that this place doesn't have a lift. So taking luggages to third floor and back was a bit tiring.

It was nicely located. It was within walking distance of Wrigley Field (about 30 minute easy safe walk) which I was there to see. There wasn’t a lot of foot traffic in the hotel.

The street noise was pretty noticeable especially late night. The heating/air system was really loud so I had to turn it off. Luckily it was cool while I was there so I didn’t get too hot.

The entire place was clean with comfortable beds and high end shampoo and body wash . The location was fantastic and the company was very good with communication if I had any questions . An added bonus was the in house washer and dryer . It was perfect for our family with two small kids to allow us to spread out and have the amenities of home while on vacation .

The water pressure in the showers was not great but it’s what you would expect from an old building .

We loved this place. It was perfect for our three night stay in the city. Clean, quiet, safe, great location...everything in the apartment felt brand new.

We were there when it was blowing 20 mph and got down to 12 degrees at night. The windows are a bit drafty, but they had a space heater in the closet that took the extra chill out. We were comfortable.

Location was great, unit was great. Parking was available across the street through Parqx - that could have had better communication but that's not on Neighborhood.

No elevator but that's on me - I'm sure it was in the listing somewhere :)

I liked the location of the property. I have been to Chicago a few time before this stay and I have never been to this part of town. I liked the fact that we were conveniently located to shopping and traders joes. We went there and bought breakfast items to cook back at the place.

The only thing I didn't like about the property was that there wasn't a elevator and we had a lot of bags to bring down. Other than that the stay at the property was bette than I expected.

The neighborhood and the spaciousness of the apartment.

Confusing and delayed communications. No black-out shades in the living room (for the person who sleeps on the pull-out sofa), as there is in the bedroom, so that street lights shine right on to the bed.

I ended up staying in two different units during my stay -- long story, not relevant -- so I experienced both a 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom. Both were perfectly fine. You would really have to search for something to complain about. And I liked the proximity to good food: restaurants if you don't want to cook, Trader Joe's around the corner if you do.

As noted above, there's really not a thing to complain about. I suppose one could whine about the price, because it's not cheap, but (I'm pretty sure) that is just the nature of the beast in the Lincoln Park area of Chicago. It might also be nice if there were an El station within easy walking distance, but that's the neighborhood.
