Front desk crew was exceptional. Tee and Isaiah were friendly, professional, and provided great info about the Chicago area. Wonderful to see them every morning we were there. Shuttle to Midway was a game changer that saved us time because we took the metro everywhere during the stay.

The airplane noises in the morning woke me up, but of course that is expected because it's close to Midway. So I understand.

We enjoyed our stay, the pool was nice (but small) and the restaurant had good food for decent prices. The staff was all wonderful. Also, we loved that they had allergy friendly chocolate chip cookies. Our son doesn’t typically get to have cookies but he was able to this time and that made him feel really special!

There wasn’t much we didn’t like, although prices felt a little high.

The front desk had power issues from a storm and had knocked out all of their systems. But they were so organized and friendly that they had us checked in manually to rooms as soon as humanly possible. Incredibly skilled team!!!

I do feel like a discount could have been given or some sort of additional complimentary service due to the multi hour storm delay for checkin. Staff was great but feel like some level of compensation would’ve been appreciated for the inconvenience

Having the sports bar on the premises was convenient.

I thought the price was high. Also there were two shuttles than ran between two sets of hotels. That was confusing. It could have been made clearer by the person I called at the front desk.

My room was clean and spacious. I liked that to access rooms you had to use your room key on the elevator. The breakfast was delicious and I liked that the room was cleaned daily.

Food at Coaches is so-so. Breakfast service is slow unless you choose the buffet.

Our stay was enhanced by the expertise of Marlene Vega. She was in email contact with me due to a scheduling error by booking.com. She was able to correct the situation and greeted me as we checked in. She was so nice, understanding and efficient. S true pleasure to have her assist us. We will return on the 14th for another night stay

Very spacious rooms and free airport shuttle running every 30 minutes. Overall a perfect choice of accommodation near Midway Airport.

The property was close to the venue I attended. I really enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel and the food was wonderful.

Housekeeping did not come in everyday to replenish towels, coffee, etc.

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t stay longer
