The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and provided immediate feedback whenever assistance was needed. They also communicated very well in English, which made the experience even more comfortable.

One area that needs improvement is the quality of the breakfast. The food wasn’t replenished in a timely manner, leaving trays nearly empty, and I couldn’t find any coffee available. Additionally, there was a serious issue with ants in the wardrobe. I woke up to find my clothes, which had been hung on the hangers, covered in ants—an experience that was both unpleasant and shocking.

Everything was perfect, very nice breakfast with fruits and vegetables, swimming pool, nice room (I have got upgrade), people were friendly and very helpful.

I think it was a bit noisy, as I was facing the street, but I was on the 7th floor, so in general it was not too bad. I also did not like additional charges for the extra time I was staying (4 extra hours) - given the fact that my stay was so long - 2 weeks, 14 nights, it could have been a gratis. However, I accepted that additional cost (equal to another 1/2 day).

We stayed in a Junior Suite with balcony and in my opinion it was worth the extra money. The room had a kitchen with cooking facilities, so cooking your own food would be possible. In the bedroom area there was a large double bed with a relatively soft mattress. In the living area there was a small table with two chairs in the living along with a sofa. The large flat screen TV was wall mounted with an adjustable mount, so that the TV could be viewed from the sofa or the bed. There were cable TV channels in English, Lao and Thai. The bathroom was large with a bathtub and a glass partition screen so that you could either bathe or shower. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. There was a view of the local area from the balcony and the Mekong River in the distance. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke Lao, Thai and an acceptable level of English. The gym was fairly well equipped and the swimming pool was large enough to have some fun swimming and do some laps. Breakfast was ample, and some of the local dishes provided were delicious. Overall a great place to stay if you visit Vientiane.

This is more of a recommendation than a complaint. The swimming pool doesn't have any sun-loungers. There are deck-chairs provided, but they are not that comfortable and do not really compensate for the lack of sun-loungers. The hotel management should consider providing sun-loungers around the pool, so that guests can lie down and relax, sunbathe and chill out after a swim.

The large open space, balcony views and clean and tidy room. Friendly staff snd great service. Breakfast buffet had great selection of food and drinks.

The bathroom shower spread water over the floor area making it slippery when getting out. Its a bathroom design flaw unfortunately so not easily remedied, extra grip bath mats were provided but this covered getting out only other areas were being flooded too.

It is lovely to be back to S Park Design Hotel after Covid-19. The hotel has improved some interesting facilities in the property and one of the most interesting one is the rooftop restaurant-Go to the moon. Besides this, there is a cocktail bar. The service is still very good. Staff are paying attention to the inquiry. There are new staff but they are well-trained. The breakfast is fine compared to the price. The gym is still good and well-maintained. Definitely, I will be back to this hotel again after a trip to the north.

The staff are lovely, good English and very helpful. Loved my Jr Suite. Balcony great to sit and watch the sunset. Nice to have a pool and gym.

Like many places, if you're on a high floor you have to wait for the hot water to arrive. It is not a new hotel but that didn't detract from the overall experience.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Amazing views from the rooftop bar/restaurant. Wide selection of tasty breakfast options. Location is a bit removed from the main sights, but we knew this when we booked and is reflected in the price.

The location is not great and far from the good restaurants and interesting places. My apartment was not very clean when I first arrived, so I had asked for someone to come and clean it better.

I absolutely loved staying in this hotel. Staff very friendly, large and spacious room with a very new gym equipment. I really liked as well the pool and the restaurant at the rooftop.

A very good stay overall - breakfast is poor for vegetarians, but the top floor rooms are good value for money

Vegetarian options - it’s ridiculous in 2024 that there aren’t more options
