Beautiful little place right on the Mekong River (We could see Thailand from our window)! It had all the necessities for a short trip in Vientiane, including a comfortable bed, mini bar, aircon and decent bathroom. The staff were so lovely and eager to assist in anyway they could. The daily breakfast was delicious (variety of egg dishes and rice). The pool is small, but perfect for a quick relaxing dip to cool off from the hot sun. The location is perfect for all the restaurants and bars along the river and only a 10 minute walk to the markets. For being a new hotel, they're doing very well! Would recommend!

Clean and modern rooms. The hotel is only open a few months. The location is a 15-20 min walk to centre but the walk along the river is very nice. We were happy with the location. Staff were helpful and had good English. Breakfast was decent

Our room was on the ground floor opposite reception so a little noisy at times but better soundproofing than most hotels in Asia. I accidentally booked for one adult instead of two and contacted the hotel through booking.com to try amend it. I’m not sure if it was the language barrier but they weren’t very helpful to fix it and kept telling to the cancel the booking which I couldn’t because it was non refundable. I called them then and got it sorted so it was all fine in the end

The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and responsive to guests needs. The hotel even though is not centrally located but still within a walking distance of all the activities such as nightly food market and nightly clothing market. It's just a few steps from the riverbank which is so convenient for an early morning or evening walk. By the way the nightly food market is just literally a few steps away from the hotel. The room is nice and clean, bed sheets and pillows as well as towels are very clean and free of odor which l like very much. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. When I have a chance to come back to Vientiane, I will call this place home again.

There were some noises coming from within the hotel that I could hear in early morning hours when the surrounding was really quiet but could not determine the cause not exactly where it came from. It was not a big deal for me though.

Staff provided great customer service from the check-in to check-out process. I checked in three hours early and my room was not ready. I had my luggage and did not want to carry them around town while I waited for my room to be available and the staff who checked me in informed me that I was able to leave my luggage by the check in counter. Due to the safe environment and friendly staff, I left my luggage at the hotel and went exploring with no worries. When I checked in 7 hours later, my luggage were where I left them. My room was perfect for two people and would recommed a larger room for families or groups of more than two. I also enjoyed their breakfast menu and will be staying again in the furture!

Would be great if there would be a water dispenser though, where we could fill in bottles - good WiFi and smart tv

- noisy toilet when room next to us flushes - Tv a bit slow - They could offer better coffee for breakfast, or tea - Not as bright as we thought by the photos, and smaller window - The shower gel and shampoo containers in the shower are not the best.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. There were a couple of very small issues with our laundry and the hotel's water supply - both of which were resolved exceptionally quickly and professionally by reception. The room was clean and modern, and the bed was really comfortable. The location meant we got to explore a number of the riverside bars en route to town.

The hotel is a little more out the way than we'd have liked and about a mile from the night market. This was totally our fault for not having a proper look at the map before booking, though! It's a long walk in the heat of the day, but you can get really cheap taxi fares through the Xanh SM app. The pool and pool area are quite small and not really ideal for relaxing - it was fine for a quick dip to cool off, though.

Very nice hotel with good rooms, nice comfortable beds and lovely warm shower. All very clean! Also really friendly staff, another guest asked a lot of them during our stay bit they stayed calm and helpfull all the time! Perfect location in Vientiane, you can walk to everything and the nightmarket is close by.

The pool looks bigger on the photos at Booking.com than it is in real, it's located in front of the street.

Very clean room. Location is near to the airport. Very good breakfast as well. Friendly staff. Few things to be corrected with the staff, no elevator so you'll have to carry your luggage to your room. Usually the staff helps but this time they might have forgotten it. Not that I'm unable to carry my own luggage, but this is a place that they need to improve.

My room was connected to the next room by a door (Which was locked), but you could hear all the conversations happening in the next room so it wasn't quiet as next room people were watching tv and chatting all the time. Also, I felt the tours organized by the hotel is little expensive compared to others. I was told $200 for Vientiane - Vang Vieng day tour by taxi but I managed to do it for $170 with another company. Pha That Luang temple tuk tuk tour was 300000 kip, just took like 1 hour to go there, see the place and come back. Maybe the hotel has to go for a lower commission till they get more business.

Boutique hotel which feels like new and is located just a few metres from the lively river front. My room (overlooking the pool) was immaculate with good a/c and a nice shower. The hotel provided a breakfast to order and the staff were most helpful and pleasant.

The wi-fi was a little intermittent; but hopefully this is a temporary issue.
