The apartment was excellent. The kitchen and the bath were new and functional. Every detail in the apartment is in its place. The balcony and the view are also great. The swimming pool is clean and the access quite comfortable. Saunas were of high quality and quite spacious. Of course, we were a bit of the season ( March) but I suppose there is enough space for the interested guests. The ski pistes are very close, you put your skies and you are on the slopes! Amazing! The staff (we were welcomed by Joseph, but his colleagues, another gentleman and a lady) were super friendly.

There isn't a nothing really. Maybe the kid's room is a bit outdated, with old toys, but we were told that the new owner will take care of that in no time. Although being with a kid that needs home made food, we were not using the restaurant, so we cannot give our opinion on its quality. However, given the overall impression we are almost sure that it has a high quality standard.

The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating going above and beyond taking care of us. The resort is situated in wonderful nature and has 7 hiking trails in its surroundings ranging from very easy to demanding all offerning fantastic views of Carinthia and beyond. The chair lift can take you to the top of the mountain or down to the village of Treffen and a lot of interesting sights are half an hour drive away (takes about 15 minutes to drive from the resort to Treffen which is at the bottom of the mountain). We stayed in mid-July and there weren't many guests at the resort making for a very relaxing holiday - exactly what we needed!

The facility is surrounded by forest and offers a very convenient starting point for hitchhiking. Right next to the resort is an excellent archery attraction. The spacious and clean rooms provide everything necessary for a family stay. Additionally, the place is very pet—and child-friendly, which makes morning breakfasts especially enjoyable. Yet another added value is the amiable staff, particularly Jozef. They did their best to resolve our only issue during our stay and even sent my glasses, which I left in the apartment, by post to Prague.

We experienced sustained, high-pitched noise in our apartment, which was quite annoying. Jozef did his best to find the noise source and arranged for a technician to inspect it, but unfortunately, with no success. We eventually found out that the noise was connected to the ventilation in the bathroom and were able to suppress it ultimately.

Nice, cozy, new furniture, well maintained, great ski to door location. Very helpful and friendly staff, good food and nice spa. Everything is optimized for a perfect ski vacation.

The last few km of the steep road to the hotel could be a bit tricky on the icy road, so better come prepared. We did not need chains for our 4wd, but not everyone made it to the top. There is also gondola from the village. Small suggestion: mattress on the sofa bed in our apartment could be considered for replacement (or maybe more frequently turned upside down).

The apartments are comfortable, modern, and clean. The ski room is tidy and practical, with access points. The slope is just a few minutes away by ski and about ten minutes on foot. An additional plus is the spacious garage. The stuff is very polite

There are no shops nearby, so make sure to bring everything you need. You can buy coffee capsules at the reception. The hotel is somewhat confusing, functioning like a maze. It could use better signage. There are no changing cabins at the pool.

A very nice and clean hotel. Appartment was spacious, with a nice terrace on the ground floor. Kitchen is equiped good - with toaster, coffee maker (capsules), water boiler, dishwasher and an oven. You also get a basic set for cleaning - sponge, dishwasher tablets, washing fluid, sponge etc. There are 2 TVs - the one in the living room has an option of using netflix. Parking is in the garage, with hallway almost directly to the ski way ( a few meters), which gets you directly to the middle ski lift. Ski depo is located next to parking garage. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend the hotel and we will be coming back.

The floor in the appartment is fairly cold (except in the bathroom), so i would recommend bringing slippers. The ski depo should have lockers so that it’s more secure. When entering the shower, you need to be careful not to open the door fully as it hits the hangers for the towels and the glass might break. The instruction paper you get upon check-in could include information on where to dispose garbage.

Location (resort is located at an altitude of 1500m and You can reach it only via 9km mountain road Gerlitzenstrasse, so this might be a disadvantage for some people)

Great hotel in beautiful mountains. Tasty and rich breakfast. Spacious rooms/apartments with everything one needs (cutlery, plates, kitchen equipment of high quality - i.e. victorinox knifes, de longhi coffee machine etc). Amazing starting point for hiking.

A long and demanding drive to the hotel - but that's how it has to be when the hotel is in the mountains.

The appartment is very nice, comfortable an clean.Location is great (suggestion-take everything you need because supermarket is to far, you have to go through mountain road down to the valley).Staff members are friendly.

To many doors to open and steps to take..the buildings are not good connected with the reception and parking area.It means that you have to take 2 different elevators to go down..or walk throug hallways or steps..

Appartment was very nice and the hotel had community areas so we could hang out as a large group and play board games (we brought those with us)

Very long and complicated walk from the appartment to the parking lot and ski rooms, some kitchen utensiles were missing, (too few pots and no colander), so we had to borrow from our families in other appartments The pool is for kids, too shallow for grownups.
