The location of the hotel is perfect. We could unload/load our car in front of the hotel and then move it to a designated parking lot outside of the town wall but close by. Our room was spacious with several windows on two sides, which gave us a good view and a comfortable cross breeze. The breakfast was adequate with a good choice of local specialties.

While our room was right of the restaurant it was not impacted from much noise from the restaurant. The plumbing from the bathrooms above us, however tended to be fairly noisy.

Beautiful location in Riquewihr, off the main street, with picturesque views from the windows. Very generous sized room that is modern with classic touches, comfortable beds, daily housekeeping services were very thorough and would even open windows for us to ensure we had good airflow so it never felt warm even if 26C. The attached restaurant Manala is also nice for dinner. The main street of Riquewihr is usually crowded with people, but with this location just a few steps off the main street, it was quiet and felt like a classic sanctuary. The bathroom was not huge but decent with a good layout, and the shower pressure and hot water was excellent. We booked the 2 bedroom suite, and our children (aged 5+8) loved their room with 2 twin beds, the tasteful artwork on all the walls, and felt very cozy and comfortable. Hugo kudos to the design and layout of the entire room, we had everything we needed but the room was open, chic and felt light and clean.

Everything was wonderful, and we thought it all authentic and charming, but to note for other travelers: no elevators (medieval town!). The hotel spans 2 buildings; we were in the building with the restaurant, and needed our key to enter the doors from the street. The single key has a large wooden knob attached, so would recommend making sure you have an alternate keychain and have a trusty way to keep the key. There is only one garbage can in the room and no recycling. Parking around this village can be difficult due to popularity but we always found a spot eventually. The church bells do ring every hour, even at night. None of this is negative, we enjoyed everything and thought these additional details added to the charm, and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

A truly perfect boutique hotel. The woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful. And the rooms were so clean that you could tell they take pride in their hotel. The bar downstairs is on an honor system which only helps attest to the type of hotel this is and the clientele that they cater to. Anytime I’m in Elsass again will be using this hotel from here on out!

It’s so nice here it ruins my standards for when I have to go to other hotels.

Beautiful modern room with a deck in a very old building in this quaint town. Very clean and comfortable. Felt very upscale in this small town.

Keep in mind that you can access the hotel by car only first thing in the morning and in the evening. Otherwise, the entire town is closed to vehicles. Parking is about a block away in a public open-air lot.

A good location with a restuarant facility. It should be noted that in the last hour of breakfast the amount of food that was left was often lacking.

Since the hotel is spread over a three seperate houses and there are no lifts, you need to bring small cases otherwises it is difficult since there is no parking facilities by the hotel. We were aware of the issue before we arrived via email with the hotel but it would have been better if Booking.com had put it in your description.

A lovely quaint hotel in an excellent location.Our triple room was perfectly adequate - immaculately clean and comfortable.The receptionist was always very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was good-cereal,cold meats,cheeses, boiled eggs,pastries, yoghurts, fruit etc.Excellent WiFi! Overall a great stay-thank you!

Great location,in the heart of Riquewihr,staff very kind and professional,renovated and very clean room.

Very small and inconfortable bed,no insonorisation on the walls and doors,you can hear everything from the others rooms,so I would not recommend for couples,more a family location.

This little hotel is perfectly located to enjoy the beautiful little town, you don’t need a car, it’s a bit difficult to find car park, therefore it’s perfect to just enjoy the town without having to drive. There is 24hr coffee and fea, we haven’t had breakfast with them but because we found a little bakery round the corner than had beautiful pastries. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the hospitality.

Central village location, close to a public parking, very friendly staff, always clean, option for nice breakfast and dinner. Perfect place for visiting Riquewihr, Colmar by car and all lovely Alsace villages by walks of one to few hours.

Beautiful Hotel, with a complete remodeled section with additional rooms. Inside the hotel itself takes you back in time. Breakfast was delicious and so was dinner.. the Host for breakfast was fantastic making sure everyone was taken care of.
