It's aesthetically pleasing all through. The staff, especially the ladies at the reception, were welcoming and always willing to help. The room was comfortable, clean and welcoming. It's good value for money. Pictures of the rooms and lobby are as depicted in the pictures. All was good throughout our stay. They also have free shuttle bus every hour.

The shuttle drop off location is quite a walk from Haram, a few minutes walk to Ghaza station. A solid 20 minutes walk to Haram under the scorching sun. I wish it was possible to drop off closer to the Haram. Sometimes you just have to use a cab to get to/from Haram.

The breakfast has less variety but the food is fresh and good,and the staff was very kind specially Mr Abdullah, he made sure we got fresh hot omlettes, pan cakes.he welcomed us warmly.in the end we asked for karak tea and he made it even the breakfast time was over. The whole staff is very kind. Hotel is exceptionally clean as it's new. Beds are super comfy. And there's no smell. Location is far away.

The location is not ideal if you want to come and go for every namaz as it's quite far away, taxi takes 10-15 riyals, and shuttle drops quite far away from haram and it takes 15 mins walk

International standard Hotel. Brand New facilities. Room service keep on top daily. Able to connect TV to Mobile. Staff are very friendly and willing to go extra mile. English speaking staff always on hand.

Breakfast was not buffet as advertised due to low season. Hence similar menu daily. Could not Eat own food anywhere in hotel except own room. External guests were not allowed to eat inside hotel with customers. Far from Haram and Shuttle service although nice and clean, wasn't always on time. Drops and collects far from Haram, you still have to walk a fair distance to get to Ka'aba. Staff did their best to accommodate. You will most definitely be getting taxis unless you're a good keeper of time to meet the hourly Shuttle Bus. Bathroom is cramped and small. Lots of construction (new international Hotels being built) surrounding yet has good insulated windows.

- Mr Amjad at the reception was very accommodating. - Room was very clean, modern, and spacious. - The view from the room was nice of the clocktower, minus the construction.

- Location was remote and not many taxi drivers were aware of the 2 new locations so it was hard to go and come back from Haram. - the shuttle drop off is far from the Umrah entrance which we did not know. We had to walk very far with our toddler in order to reach the gate which made us tired before even starting Umrah. - Restuarant was

Excellent location for Haram. We paid 13 SAR for the taxi. Staff was very helpful.

Currently there is a lot of construction going on and it doesn't feel like a great place. We stayed in a different ParkInn which was much better but further away. Rooms in the hotel were fairly small and we booked 2 rooms, one of them for 3 adults but the sofa bed wasn't made and no bedding was provided. We had to request them to come and provide us with the bedding and tea/coffee for the third person.

The Hotel is brand new, the room is very comfortable with nice furniture, the service is excellent and staff are really friendly and polite, I asked to take breakfast at my room they immediately agreed, the hotel has a shuttle bus which drops us near the Masjid Al Haram, then we need to walk about 7 minutes, you can call the bus anytime to pick you up, overall it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend it,

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Park Inn by Radisson Makkah. The hotel was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of. I want to especially thank Randa, who was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and helpful, guiding us to local amenities and making sure every part of our stay was smooth and comfortable. Her warm personality and attention to detail really stood out. A big thank you also to Miloud, who was incredibly helpful and considerate with our dietary needs—we truly appreciated the care he took. And a heartfelt thanks to Fatima, whose Harira was the best we’ve ever tasted. It was clear it was made with love and tradition, and it added such a special touch to our experience. We are so grateful to the entire team and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah. Whether for Umrah, Hajj, or leisure, the hospitality here is exceptional.
