By far the utmost considerate service by any hotel I've ever stayed at. They arranged a shuttle from the airport to the hotel (at 3 am) and even met us with food and drink, let me mention there was a delay at the airport and they still waited over an hour. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, they even arranged a personal taxi to show us the town center and where we could purchase a sim and exchange money. The rooms are very clean with air conditioning, television, big bathrooms (with very hot water), blackout curtains, and the beds are comfortable. Oh and they give complimentary slippers 🤩. The Georgian Hotel is booked but you wouldn't know it, it is quiet and relaxed. The breakfast buffet had fresh veggies and many protein choices. I extended my stay and am planning to return. I am confident that anyone staying here will be very satisfied. I highly recommend it!

This was my first stay in Georgia and I was welcomed with amazing hospitality. The hotel owner himself picked me up from the airport, although my flight arrived in the middle of the night. On the way to the property he shared valuable information about the city and country and taught some important phrases in Georgian and even showed me around the area. I was offered home made wine upon arrival and the host made sure I have everything I need and that I get to the tour I had organized for following day safely. It felt like you’re visiting good friends and not just staying in a hotel. I would definitely recommend this places to all travellers.

The hotel is perfect for a short stay between travels. A very polite and helpful owner and staff. A very clean and rather comfortable room. A small but good breakfast for this money. A kettle with the teas and a welcome water. An unexpectedly available elevator made me with a heavy suitcase especially happy.

Basically I liked everything, however some improvements with lighting, and sockets near the kettle and fridge in my room, and the shower would make it even better. The breakfast would only benefit from adding some variety.

Overall, it's a good place to stay for a few days while you're in the city. The hotel generally needs renovation, but for the price, I'm satisfied. The staff was always available and very friendly - I recommend it.

However, it's better if you have a car, as it's not very pleasant to wander through backyards with unfriendly dogs to get to the center.

This was my second stay at this hotel on my way to the mountains of Svaneti. It’s a very cozy place, and I was pleasantly surprised to get the same room as before. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it to breakfast, but I’m sure it must be delicious and homemade. What I really appreciate is that the owners listen to their guests and read reviews—there was a bath mat in the bathroom this time! Such attention to detail makes a difference.

The location is quiet, and the rooms are spacious. The room had a desk, chair, armchair, and plenty of place to hang clothing. There’s a small shop and pharmacy right next to the hotel entrance. Most of all, the staff were very lovely and accommodating. Great value for your money!

Some things need an update—but for the price per night, this is acceptable

I express my gratitude to the owner of the hotel. I was able to find answers to all your questions. he helped me in every field. I think that the hotel I stayed in is the best and most comfortable and cleanest hotel not only in Kutaisi but in all of Georgia.

Great staff, with good English knowledge, manager greeted us when arriving later than planned and was very helpful throughout our short stay. Hotel is comfortable with all the facilities needed for a short time stay. Decent breakfast, with tasty honey-cookies :) strong wifi.

Althought it is decent hotel, facilities could be slightly better. Hotel surroundings are so-so.

The hosts were amazing, staying in touch even before we landed. They arranged a taxi and provided guidance. The property was excellent, close to the river and famous restaurants, and we loved their hospitality and warmth.

I can not think of anything which I didn’t like.
