A nice residence located in the heart of the old town - a few steps from the cathedral, but also in a walkable distance to the train station. Our apartment had an unmistakably Italian flair, with a nice little balcony overlooking the arcade in the building across the street (Vicenza, just like Bologna, is full of shopping arcades). Just 5 minutes away there is a large Spar supermarket with well-organised selection of fruits, veggies and everything necessary for a nice meal, which could be then prepared in the small kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom - quite spacious. There was a lift in the building, which was very convenient, especially as we travelled with the luggage . The communication with the host was clear and smooth.

On the improvement side, we would mention that the TV in the kitchen is too small, and needs some upgrade. A smaller kitchen table would fit better.

The location of the accommodation is very central in the historic old town, in the Restricted Traffic Zone. So you can only park there for the time of loading the car in and out, then you have to go to park the car in a nearby parking garage, where parking for 1 day is 9 euros. This is practically the only drawback, otherwise only good things can be said. Comfortable, clean, and well-equipped apartments, the host is always available and responsive on WhatsApp

The balcony of our room was tiny, which wouldn't have been a problem, but even that half square meter was full of plants, you couldn't even go out onto the balcony.

Boutique experience at very affordable price (especially if you compare with post-covid pricing from major international hotel networks at Milan or Venice or Forence locations). If you want to treat your beloved one, make proposal or celebrate anniversary - THAT IS THE PLACE 😻 I am practically full time taveller with Hilton Diamond and Accor Platinum status for many years, but after covid switched onto independent apartments and small chains. Vicenza was on my radar for many years but somehow more expensive than Venice. Glad I remember to check again in April 2024 and fund that gem. City I also like a lot, in my top3 with Torino and Venezia for architecture and vibes

Historical buildings usualy mean wooden windows with imperfect sound insulation. So on Friday night some groups can pass nearby after bars closed (2am or so). Not big problem even if you didn't bring earplugs (but I suggest to always have couple of good silicone earplugs when you travelling).

Great location. Very safe and walkable to the train station, supermarket, historic centre, restaurants and cultural places. Lovely host who was ready to help me with anything I needed.

Not really a problem, but the apartment was in less excellent condition than the images and website blurb suggests.

The staff is very nice and available! The appartement is very nice and special, in the center of the city. The beds are very comfortable!

The area didn’t feel safe, we didn’t feel safe to get something from the car at 21:00~22:00 (which we parked a few minutes away in a paid parking)

The rooms were beautiful and convenient to a grocery store and shopping area near the plaza.

Lack of elevator at ground floor required dragging luggage up a few flights of stairs before getting to the office and elevator.

Location is fabulous. Hostess was lovely and very responsive. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. We were given access to a washer and dryer, and iron, on request which we really appreciated. Free snacks and jams were an unexpected plus.

Small things. Not having sheets on the beds separate from the duvet meant we were often too hot at night even with the AC. No wine glasses. It would be nice to have cooking basics - salt, oil vinegar supplied.

This small attic appartment was ideal for our family of 4 adults. Quite small but we knew that , it put right in the centre which was what we wanted as we only had one night. Even Good for us with a car. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I’m

The foldout bed was a bit broken but my daughter managed to have a good sleep on it. Talk people might be challenged by beans in the roof.

This was really a one-bedroom flat with kitchen. It was an easy 10 minute walk from the station and a shorter walk to the main Piazza of Vicenza. The town itself is also well-located for visiting Verona, Padova and Venice. So it made an excellent base for sight-seeing! Despite worries it might be a noisy location at night, it proved quite quiet after 10 pm.

Great location, easy to find and check in staff were amazing and friendly! Property condition could use some maintenance though, coffee machine wasn’t the best.
