My words cannot describe the incredible experience I had in this hotel. I stayed there for my birthday and they made sure I had the best holiday ever, with such caring and honest attention that I am really moved by their level of professionalism but as well of humanity! The suite was breathtaking and even beyond my expectations, the pool with the panorama view is incredible, breakfast was so rich and delicious that is was my favourite moment of the day and the staff was even more beautiful than all the things that I mentioned before...we even hugged when I left!! Don't hesitate booking this place because you definitely won't regret it.

Well! What can I say, we arrived at the property roundabout 10pm the 10th August 2025 and as soon as we pulled up it was Wow! The property is beautiful better than what we expected. I was with my daughter to celebrate my 66 birthday I and we enjoyed every moment of our stay, Because it’s a small bouquet hotel you get a more individual attention. Thank you to the staff and the Manger and owners and special thanks to Anda and Birdal and Aysel and the chefs for your kindness and attention. for making my birthday memorable. The town centre is just a 5min walk away plenty of places to eat. I would highly recommend Keyif restaurant in town the head waiter is fantastic as to help us either the menu.

I had a wonderful stay at Cappadocia Secret Hill Cave Suites. The location is breathtaking—perched on a quiet hill with sweeping views of the valleys and a short walk to the best view in town to watch the hot air balloons at sunrise. The atmosphere is peaceful and feels like a true escape from the busy tourist areas. The cave suites are beautifully designed, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. The stone interiors are atmospheric and cozy, and my room had a lovely private terrace. The staff were also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment I arrived, Malik & the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were warm, attentive, and always happy to share local dishes for us to try, or help with anything we needed. The personalized service truly elevated the experience. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh local produce, homemade pastries, and an amazing spread of traditional Turkish dishes & special mention for the special salad which is super fresh & tasty too ! One thing to note: the cave rooms can get quite warm, especially during the hotter months. While there is ventilation, it’s something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to heat. I’d recommend asking about fans or AC options if you’re visiting in summer. If you’re looking for an unforgettable, serene, and uniquely Cappadocian stay, Secret Hill Cave Suites is the hidden gem you need to discover. I’ll absolutely be returning

Room gets a bit warm

We had the most perfect stay at Secret Hill. The staff honestly couldn’t have done enough for us. Not only were we able to check in early after a morning of travel, they had a better room category available to upgraded us to the most beautiful cave suite. The breakfast everyday was absolutely delicious - all freshly made and slightly different options every morning of our 3 night stay. The pool area was always clean and we never struggled getting a sun bed. We had an issue with our return airport transfer with a different company and they had us booked on an alternative within 15 minutes. Would not hesitate to recommend Secret Hill and we would absolutely return. A massive thank you to the team there

Beautiful, intimate hotel with pool, great buffet breakfast and several lounging areas to enjoy the views, located in a quiet location and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Our room was fabulous. Spacious room with bathroom and a huge private patio with jacuzzi, garden, and stunning view. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was ready upon our early arrival. Communication and making the reservation was easy. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Cappadocia. We can’t imagine a nicer place to stay.

Little steps and stairs to go from different levels for pool, restaurant, reception, rooms. This creates a lovely atmosphere but may be an issue for some.

An absolutely breathtaking hotel with the most outstanding customer service. The hotel manager and staff were warm and welcoming and ever ready to assist. They helped us with our daily tours and hot-air balloon experience - which is an absolute must! The hotel is situated close to many amazing restaurants and shops. It was wonderful to stroll around this area, especially at night. Secret Hill Cave Suites definitely made our Cappadocia stay that much more memorable.

Our room was upgraded, so spacious and very comfortable, especially the bed. Loved the double shower! There is a roof top area you can go to at dawn to view the balloons and a lovely terrace bar to sit and watch the sunset. There's a pool if you want to swim. Excellent choices for breakfast. The restaurant is nice and has a good range of dishes to choose from. The staff were all very kind. Goreme is definitely the best place to stay in Cappadocia and Secret Hill Cave Suites would be hard to beat, look no further.

A minor thing, I would have liked there to be a toaster available at breakfast.

Everything was good. A cozy hotel, located on the edge of the village, so on one side you have only mountains, which gives a feeling of security and privacy. The pool on the territory is clean, a little cool, but in the heat - this is the best. The rooms are stylish and cozy, we were in two types of rooms, the furniture is solid and sturdy (if you know what I mean ;)) ). The staff is very friendly, the rooms are cleaned well. In general, on the second day we felt at home, and extended for another day. I highly recommend it to everyone, all the good restaurants are nearby, you can walk, including those with live music. p.s. The hotel has its own parking, which is very important given the narrow streets and parking problems in the village. If you rent a car in Kayseri - there is a place to park it.

Cappadocia Secret Hill Cave Suits has a very peaceful atmosphere. It is at the Edge of town but only a few minutes walk from the center of town. It has very friendly and helpful staff and a delicious breakfast with many choices. The rooms are very cleannand comfortable. It was nice to be able to enjoy a glass of wine or other beverage in the evening on the rooftop terrace. If we come back to Göreme we will definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice to have more Cappadocian dishes on the restaurant menu. However, it was no problem as there are many different restaurants within walking distance.

Secret Hill's location above the bustle and hustle of Goreme adds to its charm as one of the most beautiful hotels in the region, with both privacy and immediate access built into the architecture that flanks the central swimming pool. Guests waiting for an early morning check-in are welcomed at poolside with glasses of Turkish tea. Staff stop by to inquire if anything else is needed; even the manager approaches to introduce himself and his newly-opened hotel to his guests. At dawn on mornings when the wind allows, the sky is filled with hot-air balloons drifting across a landscape filled with fairy chimneys, much like the guest-rooms themselves which, from a point near the swimming pool, appear to float side-by-side above the landscape, while others tower above them, rising toward the light. And the magic extends beyond the landscape to the interior of the hotel. The bedrooms are unusually spacious, and many of the bathrooms boast a private jacuzzi. If Installers seem to have left out curtains on the large window above the jacuzzi, the image from outside of one's own face in the mirror leaves no doubt about the installers' use of one-way glass. As for other amenities, the wifi is ultra-high speed, and the flat-screen television offers global streaming services, provided that one has brought one's passwords from home. Finally, breakfast in the glass-walled room next to the swimming pool is as inviting as the pool itself, with a wide array of Turkish fruits and baking, as well as freshly-squeezed orange juice and a variety of coffees available from a machine as up-to-date as anything in Europe.

The lack of a restaurant on site or near the hotel is the sole drawback, given that the road down the "secret" hill is extremely narrow as well as steep. And it's at least a kilometre to walk down to the main street for take-out food, and at least twice as far, it seems, to climb that steep hill as it was to find a way down.
