Absolutely loved our stay! The experience was made even more memorable thanks to the incredible hospitality of Nullie and Windy. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Windy was a ray of sunshine( warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was providing local tips or handling last-minute requests, she made everything feel effortless. Nullie was equally exceptional; professional, thoughtful, and incredibly accommodating. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor made us feel right at home, her speaking Swahili to us was a plus plus!

My experience was truly enjoyable. Located in a quiet, upscale residential area, the hotel offers a relaxing escape from the busy city, while still being within easy reach of Dubai’s key destinations. The rooms are bright, modern, and impeccably clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering pleasant views of the surrounding greenery or skyline. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is both stylish and welcoming. One of my personal highlights was the outdoor pool area, which is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and spacious enough for a proper swim, not just for lounging. Just as impressive was the exceptional friendliness and professionalism of the staff. From check-in to dining, every team member made me feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. Breakfast is varied and fresh, with both international and regional options, and the restaurants deliver well-executed meals in a comfortable setting. Another great plus is the beautiful park nearby, perfect for those who enjoy long walks or some fresh air away from the city. There’s also a modern gym and wellness area, making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers. For those working remotely, the hotel provides dedicated spaces for work and a very reliable Wi-Fi connection, which made it easy to stay productive during my stay.

sofa bed might have a better comfort. Each time turning around was accompanied with a great sound. There are many good optiona available in the market.

A surprisingly good hotel, clean and well designed, good services, extremely helpful staff and properly sized rooms with decent bathrooms. The AC isn't too noisy, and the views are decent. Two supermarkets are literally next door within walking distance.

The location is certainly 'off the beaten path', but you get a better price than other hotels in the area. Traffic is annoying at peak rush hour times to go to and from the hotel.

My 2nd stay at this amazing hotel. I never usually stay at the same place twice, however this hotel is in a great location and has great facilities. What made my stays exceptional is the staff 🥰🤩 nothing was too much trouble and they looked after me so well ❤️ Special mention to Prashant, Kim, Simran, Crislene, Nadeesha, Cindy and the rest of the team for always looking after me at breakfast and my lovely Chai tea, which I miss. Ankita, Anurag, Lakie and Krishnan for always making my day and the laughs (pool or stick!)... thank you for everything ❤️ Stay the amazing people you are. First impressions of the hotel was the scent. The reception area was scented beautifully. There were 8 elevators servicing 27 floors so there was never more than a 30 second wait. We ate at the Fire Lake restaurant, food and service excellent. Breakfast at Hessa St restaurant was very well laid out with so much choice and plenty of seating. The Hills Pool bar area was my favourite place to relax. Room was spotless and housekeeping very good. All the staff we came across were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a wonderful ambience. There is building work opposite but noise was minimal. There is a small mall a 3 minute walk away with a Spinneys, Costa and Starbucks.

The 26th floor rooms are below the restaurant and could be a little noisy from moving tables and chairs late evening.

The hotel was very good and for us; the position was very good too as we were visiting family nearby. The price was good presumably as it a long way from the touristy areas, however that is exactly what we wanted. So no complaints at all. The one thing most notable was how good all the staff were. There were absolutely no exceptions, all the staff were wonderful and very helpful at all times.

We did have to swap rooms but only because of constant noise above us during the night from (presumably) other guests. The hotel staff made this very easy for us and again were exceptional. If I were to be super critical, a slight negative point was that the bathroom in our first room had a rather odd smell (which we could live with) but the smell was much stronger when we moved to the second room. I didn't feel like moving to a third room so we just got used to it! My guess is that the odd smell was coming from the drains as the bathrooms in both rooms looked very clean, so obvious source.

Quite new hotel - very comfortable rooms and super comfortable beds, pillows and bedsheets. Great views over the golfcourse. Friendly staff, quick checkin and out. Free valet parking is great and Roof terrace bar and restaurant also nice. Also large outdoor pool. Hotel is best suited for business travel or couples. only negative is locaion a bit far from Dubai attractions. But Hotel is great value for money. The rooms are really comfortable, spacious and modern decorated. It is Radisson and that means everything works with great professionalism and good standards here! I always come back here when I am in dubai.....its such good value !

Location is a bit far form the Dubai attractions, but still within reach of a 15-20 minutes taxi ride.

Rooms were great facilities very good value for money excellent staff friendly and helpful and good restaurants and bars Lovely pool and happy hour 4-7 every day sorry happy 3 hours

Parking is a nightmare especially for visitors Roof top bar and restaurant is open air and even with coolers it is uncomfortably hot so by summer you won’t be able to use it food was unusual fusion of Japanese and Peruvian but really good but no basic sushi ! Be warned
