This is a perfect getaway particularly for couples. The rooms are exquisite. We had one right beside the pool, table outside the door which felt like our own private veranda! The pool is beautiful overlooking the valley below. The beds are like clouds and the bathroom is everything you might expect from a top hotel. The owners are so welcoming, helpful and kind. Two things just to be aware of. There is limited parking outside on a narrow parking bay. On the final day we got a parking ticket for having a wheel over the line so be careful - this isn't the fault of the owners. The other thing is the breakfast. It seems the restaurant is operated by an external company. The food is great but the service isn't a slick as everything else in the hotel. Not a criticism but just something to be aware of.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Cesca Boutique Hotel in the bridal suite for my wedding, and everything was truly exceptional. The room was beautiful, clean, and so comfortable — the perfect space to relax and get ready for such a special day. The entire hotel is spotless, the breakfast was delicious (they also catered for us vegans) and the pool area was a dream. What made the stay even more memorable was the incredibly kind and helpful staff. I had some unexpected external stress, and they supported me with such patience and care — I’m still so grateful for that.🙏🏼 My family and friends also stayed at the hotel for our wedding, and they all had a wonderful experience. I couldn’t recommend Cesca more to anyone visiting Gozo or Malta — I would definitely love to come back again. Thank you for everything! ❤️❤️❤️

Every aspect of this hotel is both unique and excellent. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and although an evening meal or bar facilities were not available during our staff we were fully accommodated when we brought home some wine and immediately glasses and ice were made available. Each of our rooms was bright airy and spotless along with a super bathroom and shower. There was a beautiful air of tranquillity about this hotel and I would have stayed much longer if at all possible.

Everything was superb, the décor, atmosphere and facilities including the delightful pool could not be better.

The hotel was great and definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff on reception were always friendly and extremely helpful. I really loved the room – it was clean, nicely designed and very comfortable. Also, the roof terrace was great.

The only negatives I have is the lack of a bar/restaurant. Also, there was a small incident at breakfast where I noticed that the ham they had served at the buffet had a really awful smell. I informed the waiter, who took it back to the kitchen, and came back to tell me that the chef said it was ok. I explicitly asked the waiter to tell the chef to smell/taste this ham, as it was definitely not fresh. He then came back and informed me that I was right. This shouldn't really happen at a hotel like this.

On arrival the location and hotel itself exceeded expectation. The rooms were kept immaculate, the pool area was extremely peaceful and again immaculate. The interior decoration of the communal areas of the hotel are charming with the open brick work and Alison and her team running the hotel were a delight. Helpful, professional in a very friendly manner.

We cannot comment on the restaurant as we did not use this. We did not find fault with anything else.

Gorgeous setting overlooking lush canyon and farmland with beautiful classically appointed rooms. Easy access to all of Gozos main attractions. and especially beautiful Xlendi which is a short walk away with great swimming and dining opportunities. Grace and all of the staff were very helpful providing useful advice about things not to miss on Gozo. The breakfasts were amazing!

Parking is a bit limited but still doable.

We were greeted by Grace who gave us a brief history of the property (a 400 year old farmhouse) and we set out to our room which was one of tth3 original farmhouse rooms. We were blown away by how beautiful it was with the bare stones and thoughtful accents. We went straight out to the pool and couldn't get over the view of the gorge. The next morning we found d a plentiful buffet breakfast and a la carte menu that you could choose a dish from. Our only complaint is that we only stayed for 1 night - we will definitely be back.

The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, with a breathtaking view that adds to the serene ambiance. The decor is stylish and thoughtfully designed, with attention to detail evident in every corner. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool is another highlight—it's beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing. Overall, this hotel is an oasis of tranquility and charm, perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Gozo island. I highly recommend both the hotel and Gozo as a destination

Nothing that I can think of

Our stay was truly exceptional. Breakfast was outstanding, with a delightful variety of options to start the day. The location was fantastic, close to Xlendi Bay. The room featured breathtaking views that made our stay even more memorable. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Additionally, the rooftop was stunning, providing a beautiful and relaxing space to enjoy.

However, the limited parking was a drawback, and we would have preferred having a restaurant on-site for lunch and dinner. The rooftop menu was also quite limited, offering only a few options. Also the rooftop deckchairs are a bit uncomfortable.

I like the style & ambiance of this boutique hotel. It's picturesque, calm, and beautiful if you want to unwind and spend a silent holiday. The rooms (esp. old ones) are charming, lobby & restaurant are elegant and cozy same time. The pool is also super nice esp. when empty. But during crowded weekends it's way too small.

Just little things were a bit confusing. It was our third stay there, in our beloved room, but unfortunately first time we had an issue with some unpleasant smell in the bathroom. First time also we spent time over a very busy weekend there and the terrace & pool were way too small when the hotel was fully booked.
