I like the room, the bed, very comfy.. Completed with the securit lock box, mini fridge.. Inside room clean, cozy, romantic 🙃.. I love the breakfast, yet simple but yummy.. Not many choices but I'm datisfied.. Btw, i love the fried dim sum 😙.. The staffs are all ok and good manner 😃..

1. Maybe can adding a few optional lamp / lighting in the room cause although it cozy and comfy, it quite dark, i need to do my make up in the toilet. 2. And also not satisfied with the cleanliness of toilet bowl area.. Quite dirty with the mold.. The rest is ok and satisfied..

The hotel had everything we wanted, which is: good location, comfortable bed, hot shower and quiet surroundings. They also let us check in a couple of hours early. The staff were friendly. So in that respect we can’t complain, it was good! The hotel and room were definitely a bit tired and rough around the edges, but then again, it’s not pretending to be anything fancy. The breakfast was ok, but we ended up going out for dim sum after eating some fruit at the buffet (we really recommend a dim sum breakfast, lots of great places nearby!). The location was great for us. Outside the hustle of the east side of the old town but near lots of great Chinese eateries and night market. Great for a short stay (we stayed for one night), not sure I’d want to stay for longer than a couple of nights

Could do with a spruce up, new towels, new bathroom infrastructure etc.

the best place to stay. price is humble facilities is good. breakfast was great, sufficient to start the day! the receptionist is great, very well trained! kudos to them handling fussy client before me. this property might look old but it’s good for the price. been coming back and forth to this property since 2017! never disappoint me. it’s nearby to other places and i come here on cny and got free oranges aha! thank you Regalodge and will be coming back fosureeee!

Easy check in and out process. I arrived earlier than expected but the host was able to accommodate an early check in. Facilities are good - heated shower, bidet, complimentary toiletries, welcome coffee, elevator, wifi is slow but works fine,, tv is poor quality but got some free to air channels. Overall good enough for the price.

Room is visibly dated.Toilet flooring and wall were only overlayed with vinyl stickers (?) which has already peeling off. Parts of the room was not cleaned properly - the glass top table has food sauce or something and toilet bowl has seen better days.

This hotel has a lot of parking space outside, the security guards are very helpful to guide us to a close by parking lot. Besides that, the location of the hotel is very close to the city of Ipoh, so it is very convenient to find a place to eat and buy stuffs.

The room which I was staying in had a very old bathroom. I think they tried to keep it as clean as possible but is very dark and not very pleasant to stay.

The location of the hotel and the morning buffet plus the ala carte order was quite helpful at least initially before venturing out in the town. I think the only problem is the heat and humidity that makes it really unpleasant but these factors are beyond the control of the hotel.

I think the Nasi Lemak should have at least Sambal Ikan Bills, Boiled Eggs..instead of just peanut with a little bit of fried ikan bilis and cucumber. The prawn mee soup is tasteless like water. A little more effort put into the breakfast will definitely show and will make the guest happy.

Everything was just nice and comfortable for our 2 day trip in Ipoh. The location is strategic. The room is cozy.The bed is comfy. We love the water pressure and got a bath tub. The TV channels are quite good. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Just happened to experience the children's noise next to our room who was crying and screaming in the middle of the night but so far we had a good sleep afterwards. The parking inside the compound is limited but can park around the hotel with security guards on duty. The hotel paid parking from 8am-12pm.

The Security Guard was very diligent and helpful in arranging parking lot for guests. He helped to mitigate any inconveniece that could have caused the stay to be unpleasant due to parking. Basically I did not waste any time in finding parking lot. He made my stay very pleasant. Breatfast was a pleasant thing to have given the reasonable price we paid for the hotel stay. Room is clean despite the fact that the hotel is abit old. Location is good as it is convenient to get to most food and shopping areas.

The hotel is abit old and perhap is major reno will be good to keep it looking new.

my mom and I dislike the sambal for nasi lemak.we have trouble to finish it. The next day, I didn't choose nasi lemak for breakfast and eat other food.. then I am in good mood. the breakfast have limited varieties but affordable. my shower has lack water pressure for water heater... but as I usually bath with cold water at home, it is not much an issue to me.
