Very friendly clerk whom checked us in and was able to keep our bags before and after check-in. Well situated and perfect location to see Rome via foot whilst passing many bars and restaurants.

Unfortunately when we arrived our room was not yet prepared and we had to wait a few minutes. Due to the time pressure we expect our room was not cleaned thoroughly. Very good value for money otherwise.

Great value for money! The room was nice and clean, nothing fancy but with charm. The location was good. And there's a wonderful smell of baked goods from the bakery downstairs! Especially in the morning.

There is no elevator just stairs (which I knew in advance) but! It wasn't regular stairs.. It is an old fashioned wood ones, not always leveled and a bit crooked in some places... So I would take in consideration that the bags will need to be completely lifted all the way up..

We really enjoyed the air conditioning and they location. Amazing restaurants all around and always something to do. Easy to visit all of the big sites but far enough from the big crowds. Area also felt safe even in the night. We arrived outside of the service hours but the self checking was explained well through a video.

Even though we enjoyed our stay the room was not tidy. The bed was made everyday and new towels provided but there was dust all around and the over all look of the room was not clean. There was silverfish in the bathroom so I would not leave any bags in the floor. Also housekeeping also did not knock and just came in.

The staff were amazing and helpful. The room was clean except for a small spider bed on the ceiling but nothing disturbing. Very central!

The owner was sadly not fluent in English but we managed to communicate well still. Everything was great otherwise

The location is really in the middle of Trastevere. The room is very well decorated and have all the facilities, even though since the place is modern and a suite, does not match with the aesthetic of the building, which is okay.

We had a late arrived and anybody could help us enter to the place. Also, in order to turn on the lights and the AC, the key must be place in a little machine, therefore, it makes it complicated if somebody wants to go out and leave the other people resting, cause the electricity wont be working.

The location was good! It was about a 15-20 minute walk to main attractions across the river. The owners let us keep our backpacks there after we checked out so we could continue exploring! The room had AC that worked really well also.

We weren’t aware of the tax cost once arriving to the property. It wasn’t included in the price.

The accommodations were simple yet clean, providing a decent stay for the price.The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially with accommodating an early luggage drop-off.

The room was small but perfectly adequate if you're mainly there to sleep and shower.

Location was great—very short walk to the Trastevere center dining and bars but far enough to not be way too loud. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was cleaned thoroughly daily. Convenient cafe downstairs and nice market with fresh fruits and vegetables in the piazza immediately outside the entrance.

Smelled like people smoked in rooms and common areas. Room was quite warm and housekeeping kept closing the window, which trapped the heat and smoke smell. A but hard to find—is in an apartment building and has no sign to tell you that you are in the right place. Room was much smaller than the pictures would leave you to believe.

Location is perfect and allows exploring Rome by foot. Many food&drink options around. Efficient AC.

Clumps of dust covering the fittings. Early afternoons rather noisy with the cleaning crew going through the facilities and rooms.
