The location and food was excellent
Unfortunately the bathroom skirting and toilet pan was not as clean as it should have been. The skirting had not had regular or certainly not recent clean and the toilet pan had staining in the lower areas and even with hard water there is no reason as it just looked lacking in care.

We've stayed here before and loved the location of the accommodation to the pub. The accommodation is quaint, and the bedding/ towels are super clean. It was great to walk into the centre of the village so we could all have a drink in the local pubs without driving. Friendly staff and food delicious. Bonus of a band, the Rummuns on Saturday, who catered to a wide-ranging audience. Beautiful scenery and surroundings. Lovely selection of toiletries for a shower, everything you'd need for a short stay. Outside seating. Quiet and private.
Attention to the small details, again, could be improved. 1. The main rug needs a very good hoovering or replaced,as heavy use. 2. Splashes up the walls, not wiped down by shower or sink. 3. Paint finishes around the tiles. 4.Dusty pipes in the bathroom and cobwebs on beams in the main room. 5. Filthy shower hose, which I cleaned when using, only needed a toothbrush to scrub clean.Quick fix and did mention these things last year. 6. Could do with two people in at breakfast, as poor guy rushed off his feet! Would deter us from staying again.

We arrived at 12.30pm for Sunday lunch. We had the roast which was very good. The staff although busy were very polite, helpful and efficient. After lunch we checked into our room which was fine for our one night stay. The en-suite was well equipped and clean. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.
The extraction fan was quite noisy in the en-suite when trying to go to sleep and couldn’t be turned off. It appeared to be set on a timer at about 45 minutes. Obviously extraction is required but perhaps the timer duration could be shortened. Just a thought.

We stayed in one of the cabins at the back, well decorated and very comfortable! The pub itself is really lovely; we ate there on the Saturday night and the food was delicious, but I thought my main meal was a tiny bit pricey (Fish Pie). Service though was excellent. Breakfast was next level! Chef did a lovely job and there was so much of it! For 1 night away, this is a superb location for exploring the north Norfolk coast. We'd stay again :-)
Nothing really - they were even really accommodating with our ancient terrier!

The bathroom could use a kick of paint.

The pub itself is great. Cosy, fire and excellent food. Staff were friendly and efficient.
My accommodation was in the adjacent stables. My room, although comfy was tired and in need of some tlc especially the bathroom. Hot water in the sink for shaving in the morning and a coat hanger (none) would have been useful. At £128 for one nights B&B I thought it pricey but I do realise I’m paying a premium for the location. I went for hiking some of the coastal bath so I appreciated the ‘muddy boots’ sign.

Breakfast was excellent good range on menu. Man serving breakfast was polite and friendly. Room was comfortable and everything was provided for our stay. Evening meals were excellent and good sized portions. Staff were always accommodating when we ate at the pub even though we’d overheard that they were short of chefs. Great area for walking straight from accommodation and we discovered some new walks from the book of circular walks provided in the room
Couldn’t fault anything. Maybe a fan for hot evenings

Room right next to pub with table and chairs outside. Although a small double it was fine for me as a single traveller. Varied menu and fine dining.
Couldn’t log onto their WiFi (I was not the only one). They use The Cloud which I usually find doesn’t work ANYWHERE! TV was not tuned in to live aerial/ freeview Tv and not being signed up for Netflix etc. I wasn’t able to watch TV.

We liked the location and found the staff welcoming and helpful. The room was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. There was a good choice of tea & coffee in our room. The accommodation was in a quiet location, very peaceful at night time. There was a good choice of breakfasts and everything was well cooked & well presented. We enjoyed the pizza on our first evening at the three swallows; as the weather was warm enough we were able to eat in the beautiful garden.
Would have liked a bit more space to get in and out of bed.
