The hotel is overall very nice. It is well situated only a short distance from the beachfront. The food and service is excellent. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was stylish and clean

For the price we would have liked a coffee machine, I hate those kettles. We stayed on a Sunday evening and by early evening it was like a ghost town. The garden bar was shut and there was nowhere else to go in the hotel. Nobody was around, it felt very empty We asked for a fan (as advised in the information) but then told one couldn't be provided. The information needs to be updated. we also found a pair of tights by the bed as we left (not ours!)

The menu offered most people a choice and was well presented. The breakfasts were excellent and the property was in a quite area very close to the sea front and only a short walk from the town shops.

Our particular room which had two windows and looked onto the neighbouring houses was extremely hot. Fans were available but then you have the noise of them running. The bath was modern freestanding, high to climb over and there was a risk of slipping. I did not find a rubber bath mat. If you were elderly a room with a shower would be a better choice. If you wanted a change of towel or bedding it had to be requested as did the replenishment of tea etc.

Very attractive B&B. Very well run and organised. Dinner and breakfasts delicious. Nice to have access to the bar also. Fabulous location a stone’s throw from the beach and easy walk to the centre of Sheringham. Altogether, a very pleasant stay.

Our particular twin room at the back didn’t have much of a view. The WiFi connection was poor in the room though I don’t think the hoteliers could help that. For that particular room, £160 per night was a little pricey.

What a fabulous find was Burlington Berties ! We had such a wonderful stay , everything from the moment we arrived was perfect . Yvonne & Sally are such lovely hosts & a big shout to their team . Dinner on our 1st night was excellent so too were our gorgeous & well presented breakfasts each morning . Having been in hospitality for most of my life it was such a joy to find this place where everything was excellent . Beautifully furnished & rooms spacious & comfortable . Nice touches with the biscuits too ! Thankyou to you all , it shows in volume how much you run your gorgeous boutique hotel & we were sorry to leave style & perfection in every detail . Hopefully oneday we will visit that part of the world again & most definitely it would be a pleasure to stay again . Who ever is visiting Sherringham it’s a great base for exploring the pretty villages & a must to enjoy the Poppy Steam Train into the lovely town of Holt . Have a good season you lovely ladies x💋

Very clean, nicely decorated, good size room, comfortable bed

For £200 odd quid a night I'd expect some basics like an espresso machine in the room rather than cheapo instant sachets. A bath would have been nice as there was room for one in the bathroom. The shower had an inconsistent flow, presumably because everyone was showering at the same time in the morning. A mini fridge I'd have thought would have been standard at that price point. I wouldn't expect ac in a little boutique place, so a fan was OK, but a fridge for some cool water is a pretty basic thing for that price and would have been lovely. The staff were a bit funny about filling up my heavily pregnant wife's water bottle, suggesting we go back upstairs and fill it up in our bathroom. Don't get me wrong, it was a lovely place, but for the money I had higher expectations.

Room was comfortable and clean. There was a good selection for breakfast and what we chose was delicious. Staff were attentive during breakfast.

Not sufficient room at the end of the bed to walk around without turning sideways. Tea ,etc weren't prepared for arrival. I had to go and ask for them to be replenished. Toilet make quite a noise when flushed. No one was available when we left, to return the key so we put the key on the counter.

We booked at the last minute the hosts were extremely accomodating, all friendly, enthusiastic and polite, the rooms were spacios and comfortable and a little quirky, breakfast was fantastic with a great selection and cooked infront of you.

Unfortunately due to the last minute nature of our trip the restaraunt was fully booked however this was our own fault but the food looked and smelled amazing, The restaraunt was extremely busy and the staff appeared to take it in there stride. Make sure you book if you want to eat here to avoid disapointment.

A lovely break away from the usual boring hotels. The place is bright,clean and homely. The staff were all exceptional and the location brilliant. A 4 min walk to the station for the Christmas lights steam trip and about the same to the seafront. The breakfast was the best ever according to my chef partner and I heartily agree. Lovely dinner too. Overall I’d give it six stars if I could.

The breakfasts was general very good but we would of like to had the choice of fresh fruit included on the menu . The location to the sea ,high street and station was exceptional .

The drinks lounge was closed at the time of our visit which would of been nice to visit as the evenings were darker relative to the time of our Stay .

Food and service were exceptional. Staff were extremely helpful. Overall we found the hotel excellent and will use again when visiting Sheringham.

We were a little disappointed with the early bar closure on Sunday as unable to walk very far due to disability.
