We found the location very good as it was close to the town centre and beach and was excellent as a base to be able to explore the coastline of Norfolk, which we did using the Coasthopper bus on two occasions. We had a small double room at the front of the house which was very comfortable and quiet. The cleanliness of the whole B and B was excellent. The breakfast was first class with so many choices which included fresh fruit on every table, nice touch! Clare was the perfect host, she really made you feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble, can highly recommend this establishment.

Clare was the perfect host, welcoming us in to her beautiful home. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The choice of breakfast was excellent and all cooked freshly to order, and we both agree that it's the best breakfast we've ever had as it's rare to have fried bread and black pudding (both particular favourites of my husband). The location is excellent, in a quite street but only a short walk in to town and the sea front. We will definitely visit again.

Loved everything about it. The room was lovely and spacious, the bed was comfy, great shower. The tea, coffee and biscuits replenished everyday. Breakfast was great and had a really nice and varied choice of cooked items including the traditional cooked breakfast. Clare the host was fantastic, amusing and very knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely stay again.

Clare was a lovely host and made you very welcome, nothing was to much trouble .There was a big choice of breakfast too . It was an Ideal location for the trains , buses and a walk to the beach with coffee shops and Pubs .Would definitely go back

The Breakfasts were wonderful and the dinning area cosy. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful and made us feel at ease from the first meeting on arrival to our departure. Having used B&B's in Sheringham over the years this location ranks high amongst the very best. We will certainly be returning.

Clare’s home was immaculate , cosy , comfortable , spotless and very welcoming ! Brilliant location …4 mins from sea front … 2 mins from high st . Perfect location … tbh you would be mad not to stay here!!

Claire,, the host was exceptional, very friendly, nothing was to much trouble for her. The whole place was very clean and well thought out, extra special little touches throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again and would 100% recommend it to my friends.

The stunning house, cleanliness of all the rooms , superb breakfast and above all the lovely host Clare who made us feel so welcome Location was perfect within minutes of the beach , shops, restaurants and pubs. Also ideal for touring the whole of North Norfolk with Holt , Wells, Cromer, Blakeney, Holkham and Burnham Market just a short drive away.

On arrival at the property we were delighted with the location, it was a beautiful house with an immaculate front garden. Inside was everything was just as good, far exceeded our expectations! We were greeted on arrival by the lovely Clare who was warm, friendly and informative.

Location 2 minutes walk from the town with parking outside . Lovely spacious , light bedroom overlooking the garden. Tea and coffee facilities with fresh milk every day and biscuits . Very comfortable bed . Lovely towels and shower products supplied .
