It is a great closed resort, a nice location, and remarkably close by foot to St. Constantin and Elena city center. The hotel is right on the beach and this is very convenient for families with kids. Everything you might need is right there. Parking is free in the green zone in the forest behind the hotel. The park is also nice and in the hot summer nights can be nice to walk around through the alleys with trees where it is cooler. The food was great, the staff was also very professional, and the view from the room on the seaside was just awesome.

Rooms are small and might need some reconditioning. The air conditioning works but at a temperature that doesn't really help, especially when outside there are like 40 degrees Celsius.

Facilties were a bit tited - scratches on the wall, stains on carpet

The location right next to the beach of a small bay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is renovated. The park in front of the hotel. Quiet. Excellent for families.

There was nothing I really didn't like

The location of the hotel is perfect! Just in front of the beach! The room was spacious and clean. But we were most impressed by the staff - everyone was so nice and kind! They also recommended interesting places to visit in the bad weather. Thank you! We will definitely come back in the summer!

I very much enjoyed the location. That was my top first priority and from this point of view it was perfect. The sea view was more than perfect from the room as well as from the restaurant. My daughter enjoyed the people that were in charge of kids entertainment and she absolutely loved the Mini Disco. The people were nice and helpful. The fact that we didn't had a shop that can distract children with toys was also a plus. The food was good, not as sofisticated as in the hotel next to Marina (Palace Hotel that has 5 stars) but ok.

Improvements can be made in some places, for example, in the place where the children's activities took place, there was a place where all the cardboard boxes were stored. In some places, the hotel was shabby on the outside and the pool area a little unkempt (old umbrellas made of rusty metal), but everything was compensated by the location. In the bar part it was not ventilated at all and in the evening it was very hot and smelled slightly unpleasant of alcohol. And also in the bar part, in the evening they could play some music. Out of the 7 nights I stayed in the hotel, only one night they put the music on a speaker and one night there was live music.

Great hotel! We had heard very good reviews from friends about the hotel, but still everyone has a subjective opinion and we didn't really have any expectations. But everything in the hotel is at a very high level - the room was spacious and very clean, the staff was nice and friendly and the location is perfect - the beach is just in front of the hotel!
